ok, here's the news thing i have been promising. hopefully this doesn't turn into a blog, simply because the word "blog" HAS to be the epitome of stupid worthless shit that the internet culture so often creates. and if it does turn into one, well then i'm a piece of shit.

well, just got back from kansas not too long ago. the Crete team went and stayed for about four days, most of which was filled with sleeping, screwing around, choir concerts for the boys and kelly, and stu getting hit by cars. two more songs were toyed with, and by "toyed with" i mean those killer riffs and fills were laid down like drunk cousins in louisiana. so we actually DID work on music, most of the time. We also mastered Feelin This by Blink 182, it's song one on their new cd BUY IT!!! stu gets drumstick envy from travis barker all the time, by the way. hey, if anyone wants to hear a certain cover, give a band member a jingle, and by jingle i mean go to that member's email address and CLICK ON IT baby. ok. some other fun things that happened in Kansas this weekend was that 1. the weather sucked and stu and ben almost died 89465897 times apiece driving down on friday. two, stu took a pepper snooter with a 20 dollar bill at Wendy's and proceeded to cough his lungs out and have his eyes gush water the rest of the night. there was also some rare footage captured of stu being hit by a crazy chick driver in a Chevy Malibu; hopefully the pictures will allow us to prosecute that sick individual or at least identify her so stu can prank-call her for the rest of her life. stu's mazda also got stuck at kelly's house right behind a chevy malibu that was parked out front, and had to be pulled out with chris's truck. chris also ate a lot of sausage.
NOT LIKE THAT, YOU SICKO PERVERT. other than that, the band is going to meet up again on saturday for a massive jam session and see what they can't get done.
