Jill Towers is a multi-talented artist known for her on-stage performance abilities. While Jill is accomplished on guitar, bass, keyboards, and harmonica, it is her voice that is her greatest instrument, pouring forth sultry blues, folk/country inflections, hooky pop, and cutting edge rock. Jill is also a BMI registered songwriter, and arranger. She has worked as a freelance producer on many different styles of musical projects, and has many hours of studio experience logged in some of the industry's leading recording facilities.

Jill started her career as a child performer, touring the Northeast with the well-renowned pianist/songwriter/arranger, Dick Rogers. Jill later toured the East coast performing in top circuit bands. She has performed with well-known national acts, including: Deep Purple, Foghat, Pat Travers, LA Guns, Vinnie Vincent Invasion, Molly Hatchet, Johnny Van Zant, Tracy Byrd, Fabulous Thunderbirds, Modern English, Wade Hayes and more.

Jill's second CD release, "Welcome to Dreamfield", was recorded in Liverpool, England at Phil Collins� Parr Street Studios. It features guest appearances by Ian Gillan and Steve Morris (of Deep Purple fame). The CD has received glowing reviews from Ken Sharp of The Rock Report, Greg Loescher of Goldmine Magazine, Don Waller at Blah3 Magazine, as well as Impact News, Boston Sound Check Magazine, Connections Magazine, Southeast Performer Magazine, The Orlando Sentinel, and many others. It is currently in distribution via Columbia House Record Clubs, Amazon.com, EMusic.com, LicenseMusic.com, and in PlayNetwork's programmed music systems in over 2000 Starbucks stores.

Jill�s latest CD, "Miserably Happy", continues the tradition of inspired songwriting and crowd-pleasing music. "Miserably Happy" was recorded locally at Kingsnake Studios in Sanford, Florida, and mixed & mastered at OceanReach Studios in Liverpool, England. The album boasts the talents of Ian Gillan and Mike Gibbins (of Badfinger) on track 2, "I Know What You�re Lookin' For". Steve Morris again provides additional instrument work, as well as sharing production credits with Jill and Al Brodie.

Jill's story is a true inspiration, as she is a breast cancer survivor. She credits her recovery to the power of music and hope. She wishes to spread the word through her CDs and live performances. Jill performs an average of 150 shows per year as a solo, duo, or with her band, "Anita Drink". Jill has been active in helping the community by sponsoring benefits to raise awareness for abused and missing children. She wrote the theme song, "Save the Children" for the national children's aid organization, Child Watch of North America. She has performed in community schools to demonstrate to children the positive effect and important role of music in society.
