Name: Tommy McCord Instruments: In the band I contribute axe work in both guitar and bass, contribute a lot of vocals; I enjoy playing drums and keyboards (not that I'm any good) whenever I get the opportunity; and I was first chair trombone in the school band before I quit ; ) . Favorite bands: Smashing Pumpkins, The Beach Boys, Radiohead, One Line Drawing, The Beatles, Zwan, Nirvana, Far, Brian Wilson, Weezer, A Perfect Circle, Dennis Wilson, The Cars, Foo Fighters, Pavement, The Ramones, Xu, New Order, Queen, The Cure, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, U2, and the immortal, the wonderful, The Pixies. Personal Influences: cousin (drummer) Ian Miller, and Red Nerfer in general... Lars Jensen and Luke Schmidt really made me want to be in a band when I was young, naive, and watching Red Nerfer; and the one who taught me, my cousin Daniel Boyes.
