We sat around in a circle at OPEN MIC, listening to people read poetry. Most of the stuff that we heard weren't really poetry at all. Pretty much they were talking about how they want to have sex and then there was that one guy who wanted some from guys in the locker room. Josh, Kevin, and I were all pretty shocked by the things they were talking about there, but in the end, it was entertaining. When we were up to do our piece, we played an acoustic set with Kevin on the bongos. We played a new song that we had just written a half hour before the Coffehouse gig. The results came out pretty nice, even though some of the audience thought we were too softcore, but what can you do with an acoustic to make it hard? Bye AY
