Story boxes
Below you will find a list of Story boxes that are available for members use.  The who has it now? column will tell you who has it now.  The Using or Storing? column tells you if and when the kit is being used or if it is just being stored.  The Reservations? column will tell you if the kit has a reservation or not.  If there is a Yes in this column then you will be able to click on details and be redirected to the Story box reservation page.  On the reservation page you will see who has reserved it and for which months. If there is a No in this column then there are no current reservations.
How to use this page
How do I make a Reservation?
Check the availability of the Story box of your choice below. Then send an e-mail request to reserve the Story box at anytime by clicking here or call Sherry T. at 905-430-6161. You may also request a reservation at our mothly meetings. When you make your request please advise Sherry T. of the month you wish to reserve the Story Box for. Story Boxes that have been requested are to be brought to the month's end meeting so that it gives the other person time to review materials.  If someone forgets to bring the assigned Story box, or needs it for a few more days, it has been our practice for the Stroy box-holder to arrange with the individual to first verify if they could hold onto it and then arrange to drop-off the kit so as to keep our system fair and effective.  There will be a Story box reminder e-mail sent out to the group before the meeting to remind the current Story box-holder that they are supposed to bring the Storybox to the meeting.  This will also give the current Story box-holder a chance to call you if they will be unable to attend the meeting and to make alternate arrangements for the exchange.  If the Story Box is exchanged outside of the meeting for any reason the new Story box-holder will need to notify Sherry T. that they are now the Story box-holder so that changes will be made on this page to keep all our information current.
