( Al-Bukhari:3280)
8.The Holy Prophet further said:
“ Only 1% of Allah’s Mercy has been distributed in the entire universe
with which His creature lives in love so much so that a mare lifts up
her foot even from her kid so as not to discomfort it".
(Al-Bukhari:5654)
Muslim added to this Hadith as
“ On the Day of Judgement, Almighty Allah will distribute the remaining 99% of His Mercy (to the people of Paradise).”
(Mishkat:2256)
9. It has been reported that Caliph Umar said:
“ I fear that Almighty Allah may not question me (on the Day of
Judgement) even about the death of a small goat due to hunger
staying far away on the bank of river Euphrates.”
10. It may be noted that Almighty Allah informed Prophet Musa:
“I (Allah) will write down My Mercy particularly for those who follow the (Last)
Messenger, and who is also the (Last) Prophet …”
