4. “ I was written as the Last Prophet with Allah (Almighty), when Adam

was being kneaded in soil .” (Mishkat:5511)

5. “ I was the Prophet even at the time, when Adam was still between his

body and soul.” (Tirmizi-Mishkat:5510)

6. “ I am the most honored (Prophet) before Allah (Almighty) amongst

all (the Prophets).” (Tirmizi, Darmi – Mishkat:5513)

7. “ The administration of the Children of Israel was in the hands of the

Prophets. When any of their Prophets died, another Prophet succeeded

him (and took over the administration). But there will be no Prophet

after me, but rather there will be Caliphs after me, and there will be

many such Caliphs.” (Al-Bukhari:3268)

8. “ Had (Prophet) Musa (Moses) been alive and found my Prophethood,

he would have followed me.” (Darmi- Mishkat:183)

9. “ I have been given superiority over other Prophets in six aspects:

a) I have been given comprehensive and concise statements.

b) I have been assisted with awe.

c) The war booty has been made lawful for me.

d) The earth has been made mosque as well as a purifier for me.

e) The Prophets have ended with me.” (Muslim-Mishkat:5501)

10. “ My example in comparison with other Prophets is like a man, who

built a house. He later beautified and decorated it, but kept a space

in its corner for placing a brick. The people went around it and were

amazed (on its beauty); but said, ‘We wonder why not the (last) brick

put in its place.’ So I am that (Last) brick. I am the Last Prophet. I am

the Last Messenger. The brick (building) has been completed with me.”

11. “ I will be the Leader of the Descendants of (Prophet) Adam on the Day

of Judgement and I am not proud of it…and all the Prophets will be

under my flag (on that Day)…(Tirmizi-Mishkat:5512)

12. “I am nearer to the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) in this World and in the

World Hereafter (i.e. there is no Prophet between him and I, nor any

Prophet after me.)” (Al-Bukhari:3259)
