The Holy Prophet sought refuge (protection) of Allah from helplessness (‘agz’), sluggishness, cowardice, miserliness, debt, and from domination by men.

h) A person submitted: ‘ Allah’s Messenger! We are from a cold territory, and have to work hard. We prepare a fluid from wheat and get energy from it for working. In this way, we are protected from cold.’ The Holy Prophet asked whether that (fluid) intoxicated them. The person replied in the affirmative. The Holy Prophet ordered him not to use that fluid. He then submitted that the people would not abandon that (fluid). On that the Holy Prophet ordered that they should fight if they did not abstain from that (fluid). (Abu Daud-Mishkat:3483)
