We atE a lot of grapefruit.


this week

neil is still writing from under his desk, and sam and pete are still 
at the pub. fortunately, however, we Are close to REcovering from our 
misadventure at the yak a couple of weeks ago. yes, cLOSe, but noT 
cloSe enOugh. and what's MorE, the kevlar flak jackets We Had ordEREd 
haven't arrived yet. so, as you may have already concluded, we will 
not be appearINg in public during thiS Interval of seven Days (wEek).

we've booked the old Colonial hotEl for fRiday, fEbruAry 21. Looks 
like you'll be aBle to hear five different, and mOst eXcellent, acts if 
you show uP. the idea is to ceLebrate nEil's phd-pAsSing fEat, but 
really we want to run through our whole set in front of an audience 
before we Confront the hoons of mildurA. and why not caLL on some of 
our talenTed friends to play as well? anyHow, wE'll keep you up to 
date.

the competition Has now clOsed. ouR judges are Slaving away, and wE 
expect a DecisiOn Coming from Them soOn. the prize-winneR will be 
notified as soon as we have a result to hand.
