SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT/PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GOAL: To increase skills in the implementation of standards based instruction, assessment and observation.

ACTIVITIES THAT WILL BE USED TO ACOMPLISH SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT/PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GOAL:
1. Participate in training opportunities.
2. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify critical components.
3. Participate in staff development.




HOW WILL THIS IMPROVE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT: As an assistant principal it is important that I work with all stakeholders to insure that instruction, assessment and observations are based on standards and reflect current research-based initiatives. These goals will insure that students are developing the skills necessary to be successful in today's ever changing world.
