Steve Smith is the leading wide receiver for theCarolina Panthers. He was ready for the football season to kick off, but in the preseason, he suffered from a hamstring injury. He played against theTampa Bay Bucs and had a good game. Steve Smith realizes all games are a team effort and take the whole team to get the win. This is why Steve Smith and the Carolina Panthers won the game against the bucs in week three and got their first win of the season. Steve Smith is my role model because I want to grow up and become an nfl player too. I'm working on gaining weight for the football season so I can play my senior year on the West football team. I have confidence that I will do well in my senior year to go to a good college and maybe play football their. This is my dream and i'm only a couple steps away from making it come true. :)
