13. Dec. 2005- Hardships
Now the holiday season is a time of joy, peace, and love.  It's also a very busy time.  Now you may be working, spending a lot of time with family, or still taking classes, but that doesn't mean you can't take time to relax.  Seriously, if you just keep at it, the stress will build up, and that's bad.  Now there are plenty of ways to relieve stress (See other pages on this site).  Now if those don't help, just take your stress (and possibly anger) out on things other than people.  Seriously, just sit back, open your mouth, and scream the loudest scream you've screamed since you went to a concert.  If you don't want to do that, then another idea is to just let your frustrations out and cry.  I know that for some people (namely men), crying may not exactly be something you want to do, but it really does help.
The best thing to do is just find someone and talk about it.  Maybe getting things off your chest will help you feel better, and maybe that person will be able to come up with a solution to any problems that may exist.  If you cannot find anyone who will listen to you, just IM me (Offer good through AOL Instant Messenger ONLY).  Provided you do not get an idle or away message, I will be more than happy to listen to you, and if I can, help you out.
Now I know a lot of you are tired of hearing this, but seriously, there are people in worse situations than you.  I'm not saying that your situation isn't important.  I just want you to think about all those people who are less fortunate, like those who lost everything in floods and hurricanes, or those who never had anything to begin with, and then think about the situation that you are currently in.
In conclusion, we all experience hardships, some worse than others.  The best thing to relieve your stress is to talk to someone and get it off your chest, and I would be more than happy (Provided you IM me over AOL Instant Messenger ONLY, and you don't get an away or idle message) to listen to whatever problems you may have.
