| Here are some of your encounters!: "Hmm....well I have had alot of meetings with Drew (got connections) he is sooooo funny and sweet to hang out with, at all their concerts I've been to I have been backstage watching and I get to hang out with them afterwards, so I gotta say Drew is awesome to hang with, even though he calls me shorty (i'm 5'3!) Too bad he's married *sighs*....lol...but yea that's my encounters with the lovely Drew Lachey." "Well I didn't actually meet Drew but here is my "close encounter" At one of the Revelation tour dates in NJ I was sitting in the second row with my boyfriend. My friend Stacy was in the front row and let me stand next to her. I screamed and screamed Drew's name, he came over to me and touched my hand! My boyfriend had took a picture just as Drew and I were hand in hand! (sad to say my pics didn't come out, which made me unhappy) All of a sudden, towards the end of the show, Drew came over with a smile and touched my hand again! I was sooo happy! And it made my entire night! They all touched my hand except Jeff....I was a little mad about that but hey, I had an awesome time!!!!" - Kelly I met Drew in Madison at the basketball game the night before their show. We had a personal conversation, then I saw him again the next night at the meet and greet, and also at the meet & greet at the Ill state fair. He is a very genuine caring guy. ( I also met Lea in Madison) - tracyluvs98 Yes. The meet and greet in Springfield it was just an exchange of "hellos" nothing major. In West Palm at the meet and greet he said to me "Hi how are you? You sure did travel far for this show." lol I thought it was funny, I guess he has a good memory. Then in Orlando it was just a "hi girls" at the hotel. I've never spend as much time with him as I have the other three but he is very very sweet. - deeceluvsnick98 Yea in Springfield, IL just said Hi and he shook my hand LOL nothing special - nickhasniceabs I had an encounter with Drew on August 9th, 2002. It was a day after his 25th birthday, and they were performing in Sterling Heights, Michigan. I brought a poster that said "HAPPY B-DAY DREW" on it, and I had scored 6th row seats. In the beginning of the concert, I held up the sign, and Drew saw it a couple of times and smiled...and then people behind me told me to put it down. So I did...and nearing the end of the concert, Drew asked everyone who brought a poster to hold it up. Luckily, he was on my side of the stage. He looked at mine, read it, and said "Thank you! It's a happy birthday one. I really appreciate that." And MINE was the only one he talked about..hehehe.. then they went right into another song. ~Let's just say I was in shock for about 48 hours. I was the happiest girl alive! I called Brittany (drewsblueshoes) from the bathtub of our hotel room that night and told her all about it. I was on Cloud 98 hehe.. - Emily On August 3rd, 2001 I drove 3 hours up north to see them. After the concert about 50 of us girls stood where the guys' tour bus was. We got to talk to the band and dancers. Well the guys got in a blue van to go to the airport. I have never ran so fast in my life! I was running next to the van which Drew was sitting on the other side of the window. I put my hand up to the window and he put his hand up to mine. It was awesome! - nickswifey |
