2002 in Vladimir and St. Petersburg, Russia
Olya
and I took a 3-day trip to St. Petersburg with Olya's friend Polina during
my 4th trip to Russia. This picture was taken while on a boat tour of
the city. We were blessed with fantastic weather for the entire trip.
I hope that Olya and I will be able to go there by ourselves sometime
soon.
During
our second day of the trip, we went out to Petergof, the old summer residence
of Peter the Great. The place is so beautiful. We spent several hours
walking through the gardens and admiring the trees, the fountains, the
flowers, the gulf of Finland, and the fellowship. Petergof was the highlight
of the trip for me.
