WHERE IS THE SOUND FOUND CHART

 

This chart represents time over the last 8600 years, the time from the advent of Proto-Migration to Proto-Drem, which was the ‘mother’ tongue of most modern languages found on the southwest area of the Drem continent. Each chart section is divided into 6 easy columns. The first is the initial column which states that the sound is found on root initial position. The Medial column represents a sound that is root medial position, which usually is relegated to the vowels. The third column is for root final position which is commonly heard with vowels, and a few of the consonants. The last column is for an intervocalic position V_V and is typically seen in two syllable roots. Note that some consonants are *only* found V_V and not in other root positions.

 

Some sections of the chart look as if the sounds go in order. That is one effect I tried to make, as one can follow certain sounds down, and seeing their position, one can tell the general way some sound changes occurred.
