We are volunteers for the Make A Wish Foundation for children with life threatening illnesses. We help to grant their last wish. Age Groups - Girls Only Birth-11 mos. 5-6yrs. 12-23mos. 7-9yrs. 2yrs 10-l2yrs. 3yrs. 13-15yrs. 4yrs. 16yrs.up Must have 3 in your group 10 days prior to pageant or your group couldbe combined or cancelled. So mail in at least a $25.00 deposit. BOYS- Please read carefully. Due to lack of participation, we must have 2 deposits in each age group 10 days prior to pageant or it will be combined or cancelled. Birth - 2yrs. 3-6yrs. 7 yrs and up FOUR SUPREME BEAUTY WINNERS - are in Girls - Boys. Birth -2 yrs., one in 3-6 yrs., one in 7- I2yrs., one in 13 yrs. up. This will be the four contestants with the highest scores. They will receive a breathtaking 6" Valentine Crown, (Boys Satin Crown), 5 ft. 3 Post trophy, a nice Valentine gift, and a Banner. if less than 30 in pageant, only Two Supremes will be given. With 50 in the pageant $100 cash will be given FOUR OVERALL PHOTOGENIC - One in Birth-2yrs.,Boys/Girls; one3-6 Boys/Girls, one in 7-12yrs. Boys/Girls, one in 13 yrs. up win receive a gift or trophy. Must enter all categories to be eligible for Supreme and Overalls. QUEENS/KINGS- in each age group will receive a breathtaking 4" Valentine Crown, a 2 ft. 2 Post Valentine trophy, and a Banner. FOUR RUNNER-UPS- in each age group will receive a Beautiful Photo Plaque to put your picture in with your title on it. These plaques are a beautiful keepsakes you will cherish. Everyone who does not place will receive a Beautiful Photo Plaque to put your picture in. Everyone who enters the pageant will receive their $200.00 Beauty Fee paid to the National finals November 26-28 in Rome, Georgia PHOTOGENIC in each age group will receive a Beautiful Plaque to put picture in. Pictures may be black/white or color. No larger than 8 1/2" x 11". (No Frames please.) Do not mail in. Bring to the pageant. You may enter one picture only, however, you may enter four pictures at $5.00 each picture. BEST DRESSED - in each age group will receive a Photo Plaque to put picture in. MOST BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME in each age group will receive a trophy. MAKE-A-WISH SWEETHEART PRINCESS-one in each age group will receive a T-shirt with "I helped make a wish come true," Something you will be proud to wear MAKE A WISH PENNY PRINCESS - one contestant in each age group that turns in the most pennies will receive a nice trophy. You also can still win Make A Wish Category. PENNIES MUST BE ROLLED. No loose ones turned in "please!" SPONSOR TICKETS- You may sell sponsor tickets for $2.00 each on a drawing for $50.00 to earn your entry fee and other awards. Buyer does not have to he present to win. Ticket sales have no bearing on how you place in the pageant and you do not have to sell tickets to be in this pageant. Deadline for tickets to be turned in is 10 days prior to pageant. Please cut tickets up before mailng in. Ticket sales do not apply to Make-A-Wish, extra pictures, or extra category at the door. 35 Tickets - FREE All Events 100 Tickets- FREE All Events, 4 ft. trophy. 150 Tickets- FREE All Events, 5' trophy, a 5" Crown, and a nice gift. DREAMWORLD SWEETHEART-The contestant that sells the most over 200 tickets will receive a 5 ft. Trophy, and 8" Crown, and a Satin DreamWorld Jacket. Remember, the deadline for tickets is 10 days prior to pageant. ADMISSION:Adults $5.00, Children $3.00. This applies to everyone except contestants. Full price, the other half price. Must enter all categories for half price and any Supremes, or Overalls. REFERRALS:Refer 3 contestants not on my mailing list and you enter free. Door entries do not count. Entries will be accepted at the door with a $5.00 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! No personal checks will be accepted.
