The Norfolk Rebel, flying the Stars and Stripes:

Captain Lane Briggs, skipper of the The Norfolk Rebel out of Norfolk, Virginia U.S.A., welcomed visitors aboard his sail-assisted tugboat. This vessel has berthed in Kingston several times in the past, including the 1984 visit of The Tall Ships.
