A reason for everything..
Been really
busy got a call at ten thirty last nite, Monday nite, that mother needed
to go to the hospital, the pain in her leg and foot was unbearable, haven't
had but 4 hours sleep yet, but she is doing well, hope that tomorrow we
will get the results from the tests and we can go on living agian, what
a 2003 this has been. This is the third time we have had to take her to
er since dec 26th this time I went, my ds has been the one that has
had to take her the other 2 times, and told them she was staying, the dr
agreed this time and said she could stay for 2 days, isn't it a sad day in
this world when we look at a bright soon to be 95 yr old woman and try to
sluff off the unbearable pain she is suffering, only saying well she is just
getting old.......Lord help this gov of ours and the dr's who make these
horrible decisions, wonder what they do with the homeless when I see someone
that can be turned away that has the means to pay for anything that she needs........lets
pray that this GOV of ours finds the time and money to take care of the elderly,
if the Lord sees fit we may all be elderly sometime, sorry for the venting,
no I am not really sorry, we can send money to everyone in the world, start
wars to kill our young men, pamper the rich, neglect the poor, the unemployed
the poor hungry children here in the great USofA. But still treat some as
second class citizens, without the blood sweat and tears that my mothers
generation have shed this world would even be in worse shape than it already
is.......Tomorrow is another day, and I have always felt that what will be,
will be, but it may all come around to them someday....her dr is the same
dr that works in the er, I ask them how he could work in the er and take
care of ward patients, and they said well they do it all the time,
they have just spent millions upon million of dollars to make our hospital
one of the most beautiful buildings in the country, but as the saying goes
it is not what we see that matters, it is what that is inside of everything
that really matters. Well ladies and gentlemen I feel better for having saying
all of this..........lets all make sure that on 4/15 we have all of our taxes
paid so that we can either send it overseas, or give the rich more breaks
which they so badly need, corporations etc. are not starving....lets try
and make this world a better place for our children and grd children, and
don't forget if you are lucky like I am grt grd children.........Pray that
we can learn something from these holy wars, and these terrible people that
don't believe in the American way is the only way...Let's learn to
be more tolerant of other people's feelings.....let's take care of our own
