The Enchanted Forest
The forest opens up its arms,
And welcomes you inside.
In here you're free to walk alone,
In here you're free to hide.
A place away from stress and strain,
A place to hide from hurt and pain.
A place refreshed by morning rain,
A place where you can live again.
In the branches of the trees,
You're held within its arms.
By the sunlight through the leaves,
You're bathed within its charms.
Held close within this heavenly place,
Safe and loved you feel.
Of the outside world there is no trace,
This world's the one that's real.
You make your home of all that's here,
Beauty at its best.
Music, words and harmony,
You leave behind the rest.
And here you stay in natures arms,
Now happy and serene.
Forget the life you lived before,
Let go, what might have been.
You see, enticed you here, did I,
Enchanted, you could say.
So I could hold you close within,
And in my arms you'd stay.
