Entry for September 15, 2007: That's what I'm waiting for

Oh man... I've been busy.
A couple weeks ago I finally went in to express to ask about a job. I mean, it's how Luke got his job, so I thought it would be a good bet. Did the interview, got to fill out paperwork and piss in a cup, came back for orientation. My supervisor said she would set me up with an interview at 5th stree market and she would call me about the time and stuff.
So last Tuesday I had to go down to the hospital to pick up something from tim. I wore the awesome dress Ellen got me for my birthday just because I wanted an excuse to wear it. HA HA! I fianlly got the call! So I made my way down to 5th stree market, did the interview, and got hired! The guy interviewing me asked me to come back the next day at 3.
So on Wednesday I showed up for my first day of work ever. I basically just ran around following the lady who was training me. It was a lot of hard work... Kind of. During the day there isn't too much to do. I mean, I have to wait for there to be a mess to clean up or dishes to be done, otherwise I'm just sitting around waiting for people to finish eating. The hard part is closing. Gotta sweep, mop, take out the trash and crap like that. It's nice that the hardest part of my job is the last thing I do. On the weekends I even get to clean bathrooms! Yea!
So I get to do the weekend stuff today plus close everything down, which means I won't get to leave till after 10. Well, at least the busses will still be running tonight, but I don't know what I'm gonna do tomorrow... I do the same thing at tonight, but I start at noon rather than 3. It's gonna be a 10 hour day.
At the moment I'm waiting on a check from grandma so I can pay off school and sign up for classes this term. I just hope I can get into something halfway decent... I've already looked at the classes avaliable and there's not much left. I just hope what I want stays open till I can register. I've already accepted i'm gonna be taking a bunch of bull shit classes this term, but at least I'll still be going to school.
I'm moving back in with Mom in about a week. And then Luke's girlfriend will be moving in here instead... I'm not happy about that. Now more than ever I'm going to make sure EVERYTHING of mine is packed up and stored in my bedroom (because Luke said I could keep my crap here and I am taking him up on that offer). So that means I probably won't be back here to hang out. And since I'll be working on the weekends... Well, I won't be seeing much of Luke I guess. Well, he chooses his own company, and he knows how I feel about said company, so it's his own damn falt.
Oh my god, I'm so in love with Modest Mouse all over again. It is awesome. I have finally collected ALL of their albums. I rock that much.
Grey has gone to live with my brother, and I miss him so much. I think I'll be taking Max with me to my Mom's. I hope so. I couldn't live without her. That cat really is the love of my life, which sounds pathetic, but when you raise a cat from the moment she is born you'll know what I mean.
I need to finish getting ready for work, and I need to vacate my room for a bit.
Picture: I did a small photo study of the apartment. This turned out to be one of my favorites.
