Blar! busy few days ahead of me and it's great.

I'm going to the Em's game tonight with a couple people and it should be fun, as Em's games always are. Especially since we're going to a night game. No mid-day heat to sit through. Woo hoo!

Tomorrow I should be going to the Saturday market with a friend... I need to call him to make plans and such. It was meantioned earlier this week but other than that I haven't heard from him. I'm really hoping it works out cause I could use a day to hang out with him.

Then on Sunday I'm going paintballing with a group of people. Oh, that will be fun. I'm going to get my ass handed to me, but that's ok. It'll only be my third time going out. I'm really looking forward to it.

And on Monday I'm getting coffee with a friend, something I'm really looking forward to. You know, it's been nice hanging out with different people, rather than the same people over and over again. Not that I have a problem with the people I do hang out with, but it's nice to know I have more than one group of friends.

The forth of July was really fun. Room mate and I went to the Em's game with my mom and stepdad, just like last year. Only this time the forth of july game with the fireworks was actually on the forth of july. There was this really nice couple sitting next to us that we talked to throughout the game. It was pretty awesome. It was nice to have a day with my family, because room mate is totally part of my family. That happened and it can't really go backwards from there. It's rather nice, actually.

Grandma will be in town in a couple weeks. She'll be here for both mine and my dad's birthdays. that's kind of nifty considering this might be the last time she comes up to visit. The flight is just a bit to much for her in her older age, which I totally understand. Especially considering what a pain in the ass it is to fly now-a-days.

The last few days have been good and relaxing. I'm not that close to being over exboyfriend, but at least I'm not falling apart as much as I was before. That's a comfort.

So, a while ago I got this book called Sandstorm based on it's cover because of a MST3K episode I saw a while back. As it turns out, the book ain't half bad. Always nice when that happens. Then again, I've had good luck with reading books based on the cover...

I'm getting better with the firedancing. yea!

I need to knit a pair of gloves....
