Chapter 6 Michi let out a little smirk as she looked at the expression on Daphne's face.  The other four didn't see it since they were looking at the menu. "I guess I'll just have juice," Ji Hye said as she closed her menu and looked at Daphne.  "What about you, Daphne?" "Nothing�" Daphne said as she looked at Michi. "What's the matter?" Ji Hye asked with concerned.  The other three girls looked up.  "Why is your face so pale?"  Daphne looked at them. "Nothing.  It's just that�I'm a little cold in here," Daphne answered. "Oh is it cold?" Michi asked.  Daphne looked at her.  Michi smiled at her. *********************************************** "Yo guys�" Hye Sung suddenly said.  The other people looked at him. "What is it Hye Sung?" Hee Jun asked as he looked at Hye Sung. "Would you people that are on me�mind getting off of me?" Hye Sung asked.  The people on him went back onto their seats. "Hey!  How about we get Kang Ta and that girl�" Hee Jun looked at the rest of the people and finally at Kang Ta with an evil grin.  Kang Ta blushed. "Stop it, Hee Jun hyung�It's not funny anymore," Kang Ta mumbled. "Oh but it is to me," Hee Jun said as he opened the door of the van.  He got off and slammed the door shut. "Hee Jun hyung!" Kang Ta called out as he got off the van as well.  The rest of the people on the van looked at one another and jumped off the van to watch the show that would be on later. *********************************************** "Are you sure that you don't want to drink anything?" Michi asked Daphne.  "Or are you afraid that something would poison you?" she asked in a joking tone.  The other three girls laughed. "What do you mean?" Daphne asked. "I mean�" Michi began. "She's joking, Daphne," a voice suddenly spoke up.  Everyone turned around and saw a young girl who was standing at the door of the caf�. "Miya?" Daphne asked in surprise.  The girl at the door smiled. "You actually still remember me," Miya said as she walked up to the table that the five girls were sitting at.  When she reached the table, she looked at Michi with a look of warning.  Michi looked back at her with a challenging look before she walked away from the table. "Of course!" Daphne exclaimed as she jumped up and hugged Miya.  "I missed you, unnie!"  Miya smiled. "Same here, dongseng," Miya answered.  Then, in another language, she asked in a quiet voice, "Are you ready to go home?"  Daphne looked at her and shook her head.  "Why not?" "You know that I don't like that person from that Red Fox Tribe," Daphne replied in the same language. "What language are they talking in?" Emily whispered to the other three girls at the table. "You think that I would have any idea?" Ji Hye whispered back. "I don't think that I have heard this language before," Wei Lin said. "Do you think that we could ask them?" Poyan asked.  Ji Hye shook her head. "We better not.  We are just asking Daphne to be our model.  We don't really need to know her background as long as she's not a serial killer," Ji Hye said.  The other three girls laughed lightly. "You know that the two tribes are going crazy looking for you," Miya said.  Daphne nodded slowly in a guilty fashion.  "You know that Dream hadn't slept for a week just looking for you and thinking of what to say to the Red Fox Tribe to stop them from breaking the bonds with the White Fox Tribe.  You know what would this do to the entire fox tribe, White or Red alike?" "Miya�I really can't marry a guy that I have no feelings for at all," Daphne answered. "Well you tell me now," Miya said as she looked at Daphne closely.  "Is there someone that you love in the human world?"  Daphne turned slightly red when Miya asked her.  Miya tilted her head as if in understanding.  "There really is a guy that you fell in love with then." "Miya�that's not true," Daphne said as she looked at Miya with a struggling expression. "Daphne, you have to understand that he's a human and you're not," Miya said.  "The two of you would never be able to be together.  It's against the rules of the fox and the rules of nature.  It could never happen." "Miya�I didn't say that I fell in love," Daphne said.  Maybe just attracted. "Then what is it?" Miya asked. "Well�I don't know how to explain�" Daphne started.  Suddenly, someone walked into the caf� and walked toward Daphne. "Hi!" Hee Jun said with a smile.  The four girls at the table looked at him in shock. "Moon Hee Jun?" the four girls exclaimed together.  Hee Jun smiled at them.  Daphne looked at the girls and then back at Hee Jun. "Do I know you?" Daphne asked with a smile.  Hee Jun looked at her. "Eh�I don't think so�But I think that you know my friend," Hee Jun said. "Your friend?" Daphne asked. "Yeah�my friend Kang�" Hee Jun was about to say. "Hee Jun hyung!" Kang Ta exclaimed as he ran into the caf�.  Right behind him was the rest of the people from SM.  He looked around the caf� for Hee Jun.  When he finally saw him, he ran up to him.  That was when he realized that Daphne was there.  Daphne smiled at him. "Hi, Kang Ta," Daphne said as she looked at Kang Ta. "Hi," Kang Ta answered as he blushed slightly. "What are you doing here?"  Daphne asked.  As if she didn't know. "Well�we're�" Kang Ta said as he searched for words in his mind. "He's looking for his dog called�" Hee Jun started to say. "I guess we better get going to look for the dog or else it would have gone even further," Kang Ta said as he tried to pull Hee Jun away. "Oh come on, Kang Ta.  If that dog is yours, it would come back to you by yourself, you don't have to look for it," Hee Jun said.  "She's your friend right?  Daphne is the name right?" "Oing?  He talked about me in front of you people?" Daphne asked.  Hee Jun nodded. "You could be sure of that.  He kept telling us that you were such a beautiful, beautiful girl and we didn't believe him so we wanted to see you in real life.  But too bad he didn't have any information about you so we weren't able to go and look for you.  We finally found you and now he wants to pull us away," Hee Jun said. "I'm beautiful?" Daphne asked as her eyes widened.  She shook her head.  "I'm not beautiful." "Yeah you are," Hee Jun said as he smiled and then glanced at Kang Ta.  "Or else you wouldn't have Kang Ta thinking about you." Daphne looked at Kang Ta who was looking at Hee Jun. "Hee Jun hyung!!!" Kang Ta exclaimed.  Hee Jun hyung started to laugh. "Ok, ok.  I'll stop teasing you and Daphne," Hee Jun said.  "At least introduce us to her and her friends."  Kang Ta looked at Daphne. "You could join us if you want to," Ji Hye said. "Really!?" Hee Jun asked gleefully.  The three girls nodded.  Hee Jun went over and sat down.  At this time, Michi walked over. "Would that be extra seats then?" Michi asked.  Emily nodded.  Michi looked around and her eyes fell on Jae Won.  Jae Won smiled at her.  Michi smiled back at him. *********************************************** "What does she think that she's doing?  Why did she just do that?" Kabuki asked. "That is not fair, Kai," Saeri said.  Kai lifted her finger up to her lips to signal for silence. "We'll just see what happens with Michi and the rest of them," Kai said.  "If she gets it done, it would save us a lot of work." "She's doing more than one thing at once, Kai," Kabuki said.  "Did you just see the way that she looked at that tall boy?  It's obvious that she has some kind of interest in him." "What if she forgets about the mission and decides to run after the boy instead of get the mission accomplished?" Saeri asked. "Michi's not like that," Kai said.  "Just wait and see." "I still think that it's not fair that she gets to do everything without discussing with us.  Aren't we part of a group?" Kabuki asked as she pouted.  Kai smiled. "You have to remember who was the one who ran off to Japan without telling the rest of us back her.  That's just Michi.  She's always like that," Kai said. "What if she does that once and it ruins the whole plan?" Saeri asked. "I trust Michi," Kai said.  Saeri and Kabuki looked at one another.  Kai looked at them.  "I believe all of you in the tribe."  She crossed her arms in front of her chest.  "We'll still continue with the plan.  It's just a matter of if her plan would work first or our plan first." *********************************************** Chapter 7 "Jae Won?  Are you ok?  You look extremely red," Woo Hyuk asked as he glanced at Jae Won.  Jae Won looked at Woo Hyuk. "What?  I mean�Yeah�I'm ok," Jae Won answered as he glanced at Michi who was standing at a little distance away from the table of people.  Woo Hyuk looked in the direction that Jae Won had just looked at and started to laugh.  Jae Won looked at him questioningly. "Our Jae Wonnie dongseng is in love?" Woo Hyuk asked as he laughed.  The rest of the people who didn't listen to the front of the conversation now all turned and looked at Jae Won with widened eyes. "Jae Won!?" Min Woo exclaimed. "In love!?" Jun Jin exclaimed. "What are you talking about, Woo Hyukkie hyung?" Jae Won asked as he lowered his head. "Nothing," Woo Hyuk answered as he stopped laughing.  "I just caught you looking at the girl, that's all." "Girl???" the rest of the people perked up their ears. "Which one is it?" Hee Jun asked.  Woo Hyuk pointed to Michi.  The rest of the people turned and looked. "Oh!  Isn't that the waitress here?" Brian asked.  Woo Hyuk nodded. "Um�eh�aren't we looking for Kang Ta hyung's dog?  I think we should get going before it goes off too far," Jae Won said as he stood up.  Just when he stood up, Hee Jun pulled him down. "Don't be a party pooper," Hee Jun said with the same evil grin he gave Kang Ta. *********************************************** Yeah great.  Just when I had the plan to get Daphne in trouble, those people had to walk in.  Maybe even better?  But no!  Because then they would be wondering about why I was noticing Daphne so much.  Michi thought to herself as she stood a little distance away from the table that the people were sitting at.  She then caught Jae Won looking at her and she smiled at him. "Not bad.  Just came back from Japan and found a cutie," Michi said to herself in a low voice.  "Hm�Wonder who these people are.  Must be fairly famous since there are girls out there that are trying to come in here.  Doesn't seem like locking the door would work since the front door seems as if it would break any minute?" "What are you planning on doing, Michi?" she suddenly heard a voice say behind her.  She turned around and found Saeri behind her. "What are you doing here, Saeri?  I thought that the front door was locked?" Michi asked as she leaned comfortably at the counter.  Saeri smirked. "You forgot what we are?" Saeri asked.  She looked around.  "Seems as if you made all of them faint?"  Michi smiled. "Or else how could I come in here with none of them noticing except Miss Special over there?" Michi asked as she looked in the direction that Daphne was sitting.  Daphne was looking at her cautiously as well. "Who's that other one that keeps looking at us?" Saeri asked as she looked at Miya. "That's another one of them," Michi answered. "Another one?" Saeri said as she thought for a while.  "That's that Miya, isn't she?" "Miya?" Michi asked.  Saeri nodded. "Heard that she's the best dancer and singer in the White Fox Tribe," Saeri answered.  Michi nodded in understanding. "Don't like her.  She ruined my plan," Michi said.  Saeri laughed. "Your fault that you choose the wrong time," Saeri said as she made her way to the back. "Where are you going?" Michi asked as she looked in Saeri's direction. "Back where we were.  Kai, Kabuki, and I were about to go along with our plan when you popped out with your plan.  Guess none of them would work since there's a crowd now.  See you back at the main conference room," Saeri said as she disappeared.  Michi looked back at the group that was the only customers in the room. "Seems as if they don't know anything that is dangerous around them.  Oh well," Michi said as she walked to the back and disappeared as well. *********************************************** "What happened to the other girl who was here?" Hee Jun asked the waitress.  The waitress looked at Hee Jun. "Who?  I was the one that was always here," the waitress said with a smile.  "Can I have your autograph?" "Where did she go?" Dong Wan questioned. "Hm�maybe she got scared with the way that Jae Won was glancing at her every five seconds?" Tony asked.  The rest of the people laughed. "Aww�Our sweet Jae Won got rejected?" Hee Jun asked as he moved a little closer to Jae Won. "What are you talking about?  I didn't even ask her anything yet," Jae Won said. "Ah ha!  So you were planning to ask her out weren't you!?" Jun Jin asked.  Jae Won decided not to answer. "They left," Miya told Daphne in their tribe's language.  Daphne nodded. "I felt the disappearance of their scent as well," Daphne answered.  Miya nodded. "Let's get going," Miya said.  Daphne looked at her pleadingly. "Please Miya�" "You fell in love with him didn't you?" Miya asked straightforwardly.  Daphne's eyes widened. "What are you talking about?" Daphne asked.  Miya opened her mouth to answer but was interrupted by the rest of the people. "Daphne," Jun Jin suddenly said.  "You didn�t introduce us to your friend yet."  Daphne looked at Jun Jin and then at Miya. "Oh!  This is one of my best friends and my unnie, Miya," Daphne answered with a smile. "Hi, Miya," Jun Jin said with a smile.  "That's a nice name.  Nice to meet you."  Miya smiled back. "Nice to meet you as well," Miya answered. "I'm starting to believe that pretty girls hang out with one another a lot?" Dong Wan said with a smile.  Daphne smiled. "I'm not pretty.  Miya is pretty," Daphne said.  Then she thought for a while.  "You should really meet Dream as well.  She is pretty also." "Dream?" Dong Wan asked.  Daphne nodded. "That's her name?" Andy asked in curiosity. "Yep," Daphne answered.  "I think that her name is pretty." "It is," Dong Wan said with a nod.  "It would be pretty interesting to meet her."  Daphne thought for a while. "When I decide to go back and look for them, I'll tell her to come see you," Daphne said.  Miya looked at her and shook her head. "You know that Dream is not willing to see people from the human world," Miya answered back in their language again.  "She probably doesn't have the time as well.  Her job is to protect the tribe from outside invasions.  This would be the only time that she's going to leave the tribe and that is to find you.  Other than that, you won't see her going out more." "We could try to though," Daphne said with a pout. "Try.  But don't promise anything," Miya answered. "It seems as if you and your friends like wearing white?" Kang Ta asked.  Daphne nodded. "All of the people from where I came from loves the color white," Daphne answered.  The rest of the people nodded. "From where you came from?"  Hye Sung asked.  Daphne nodded. "From the town that we came from," Miya said quickly to cover up for Daphne. "Oh," Hye Sung answered. "I think we better get going now," Miya said. "Miya�" Daphne protested. "But what about the modeling?" Ji Hye asked. "Modeling!!!!????" Miya exclaimed as her eyes grew wide as she looked at Ji Hye and then back at Daphne.  Back in their language, Miya asked Daphne, "What are you thinking, Daphne?  Do you know what modeling is?  What do you think the rest of the people back in the tribe would say when they find out what you are doing in the human world?  You know that you have to walk in front of hundreds of people?  You can't do that!" "Miya�I promise them already," Daphne said as she looked at Miya with her big eyes. "You didn�t sign anything yet though!" Miya said.  "You tell them that you're not doing this." "Miya�" "You know how angry His Highness would be when he finds out that you are doing this?" Miya asked as she looked at Daphne in disbelief. "But you did that in the major events back at home," Daphne said as she looked down. "That was for the royalties of the tribes!  Nobody would mind you doing that in those occasions but in front of humans?" Miya asked. "What's the difference?" Daphne asked. "What's the difference?  The difference is that we are foxes and they are humans!" Miya said. "But�" Daphne said. "No buts.  You tell them yourself," Miya said as she got up and walked out of the caf�. "Miya�" Daphne started to say. "What's the matter?" Jun Jin asked in concern as he looked after Miya. "Nothing," Daphne answered as she sat back down.  "We just got into a small argument."  She then looked at Ji Hye and the others.  "I'm sorry, but I don't think that I could do that modeling."  The others looked at her in shock. "Daphne�" Emily said as she looked at her. "I'm sorry," Daphne said as she lowered her head. "Do you know in what trouble we would be into if we don't get this done?" Poyan asked quietly as her eyes started to water. "Oh no�Don't cry.  Please," Daphne pleaded as she looked at the four of them.  She then hesitated for a while.  "Ok�I'll do it."  The four girls then smiled again. "Yay!" the four exclaimed together. *********************************************** "You found Daphne?" Dream asked as she immediately got up and walked to Miya.  Miya had went back to the tribe to tell Dream that she found Daphne while Daphne was suppose to tell them that she couldn't do the modeling. Miya nodded. "She's in Seoul, Korea, right now," Miya answered.  "Do you believe that she actually promised these girls that she would be modeling for them?  I was about to scream right in the caf�."  Dream laughed. "I'm just happy that we found her," Dream said.  Miya nodded. "There were two from the Black Fox Tribe that attempted to attack Daphne today.  That's not a good sign," Miya said.  "That means that they are coming up with a plan to go against the three tribes."  Dream nodded solemnly.  Suddenly, she looked up. "Let's go to Daphne right now or else what if she gets attacked right now?" Dream said as Miya nodded. *********************************************** "Hi," a voice suddenly said to the group of people.  "The waitress that was serving you had just left and I would be serving you for the rest of the day." "Whoa!  That's a lot of changes in waitresses for today," Woo Hyuk commented.  Daphne looked up, surprised that if it was a person from the Black Fox Tribe, why hadn't she sensed anything. She looked up and she gasped in happiness at whom she saw. *********************************************** Chapter 8 Julie winked at Daphne as she smiled at her. "Julie!" Daphne exclaimed.  The rest of the people looked up. "Eh?  You know her as well?" Min Woo asked.  Daphne nodded. "My best friend, Julie!" Daphne exclaimed. "Hey!  She's not wearing white!" Woo Hyuk joked as he looked at Julie.  Julie looked at him and smiled.  She whispered to Daphne. "He's cute.  Is he a friend of your friend?" Julie asked Daphne.  Daphne nodded. "Mind introducing your friend to us?" Tony asked. "What?  You're trying to find more girls?" Hee Jun joked. "Nah," Tony answered as he glanced at Poyan.  Hee Jun laughed. "I know what you mean man.  I'm not going to tease you since you know where you're heading at, different from these two," Hee Jun said as he pointed at Jae Won and Kang Ta. "What?  You're going out of country?  What country are you going to?" Daphne asked in curiosity.  Tony looked at Hee Jun and the two of them burst out laughing as the rest of the people joined them and Daphne looked at them in confusion. *********************************************** "Daphne," a voice suddenly called out.  Daphne froze and then slowly turned around to face the girl with a nervous smile. "Hi Dream.  How are you?" Daphne asked with a guilty expression. "Why did you leave without a notice?" Dream asked in their language. "I don't want to marry him," Daphne answered shortly. "You have to," Dream answered. "Why?" Daphne asked.  "It's an unfair marriage.  How come everyone gets to choose who she or he wants to get marry to and I cannot?" "Because�" "Because I'm different.  I know that already.  You know how many times I had heard of that already?  I'm sick and tired of it," Daphne said as tears started to form in her eyes.  The rest of the people were now listening silently although they have no idea what the two of them were talking about. Dream walked over to Daphne slowly and took a chair over along with her and sat next to Daphne. "Don't cry," Dream said.  She then paused for a second before she continued what she wanted to say.  "I know that it's not your choice that you are born with that ability.  Do you know how many of them want to have that ability but they are not able to?" "I could give it to them with no price," Daphne said as she cried.  Dream looked up and found herself looking at Kang Ta who was sitting next to Daphne. "Did you fell in love with that guy?" Dream asked.  Daphne looked up. "What are you talking about?" Daphne asked.  She turned around and looked at Kang Ta.  Kang Ta lifted his hand and gently wiped the tears from her cheeks.  Daphne then turned her head over and found herself blushing. "You never allowed a guy to touch you like that without doing some tricks on him," Dream said, smiling. "Dream�I�" Daphne started to say.  Dream raised her hand. "Stop.  If you like him�then go with him," Dream said.  "I won't tell His Highness that I have found you." "Dream�you'll get in trouble like that," Daphne said slowly.  Dream smiled. "I'm already in deep trouble for not finding you," Dream answered.  She turned her head and found Dong Wan looking at her.  Dong Wan smiled at her. "You're Daphne's friend?  Dream?" Dong Wan asked. "She told you people about me?" Dream asked.  Dong Wan nodded. "My name is Dong Wan," Dong Wan said as he held out his hand for a handshake. "Dream," Dream answered as she extended her hand for a handshake. *********************************************** They were now on a beach and it was about sunset. "Do�you have a place to stay at?" Kang Ta asked.  Daphne shook her head.  "Then where were you staying for the last few days since I saw you!?"  Daphne secretly smiled without letting Kang Ta see her.  Hm�It would be fun to tease him� "Hm�why are you so concerned about me?" Daphne asked.  Kang Ta turned red. "Well�You're just a girl�and who knows�what would happen�to you if you are all alone," Kang Ta stuttered. "Well you knowing wouldn't really make a difference would it?  Or�may I ask what are you thinking?" Daphne asked mischievously.  Kang Ta lowered his head and looked away. "I have friends that you could stay over at their house if you don't have a place to stay in," Kang Ta said.  Daphne smiled. "I was just joking," Daphne answered.  Kang Ta glanced at her and then looked away.  Daphne then stopped smiling.  "Are you angry at me?"  Kang Ta remained silent.  Daphne walked in front of where he was looking away toward.  "Are you?"  Kang Ta looked away again.  Daphne walked in front of him again.  "You're angry at me right?"  Kang Ta tried to hold his laughter in but then Daphne caught the change.  I know it�You're angry at me�" Daphne said as her eyes watered and she looked away.  Kang Ta then immediately looked at her. "What are you talking about?  I'm not angry at you at all," Kang Ta said.  Daphne then glanced at him and he saw that she had no tears in her eyes at all.  In fact, there was actually a glint of laughter in her eyes.  Then, Daphne stopped laughing. "Sorry," Daphne said as she walked away.  Kang Ta ran up to her and stood right in front of her.  Daphne looked at him questioningly.  Kang Ta blushed and looked away for a second before looking at her again. "Would you�be my girlfriend?" Kang Ta asked.  Daphne looked at him. "What?" Daphne asked with a smile. "Um�I said�um�would you�be�my girlfriend?" Kang Ta asked.  Daphne started to laugh.  Kang Ta looked at her.  "Um�ok�I think I understand then."  He then started to walk away with his head down.  Daphne ran up to catch up with him. "Hey!" Daphne said as she stopped in front of him.  "Did I say no?"  Kang Ta shook his head.  "Good that you still know.  Don't make assumptions of things that you're not sure of, stupid."  Kang Ta looked at her for a second and then he finally understood and he smiled. "You would?" Kang Ta asked happily.  Daphne nodded gently as a shade of red slowly crawled over her face.  Kang Ta then hugged her. *********************************************** "Hm�It looks as if they are in good progress," Miya said to Dream.  They were a little distance away from Kang Ta and Daphne.  They were with the rest of the people.  They were speaking in their language when they are talking right now.  Dream nodded.  Then, she finally sighed.  Miya looked at her.  "Why are you sighing?" "You know that Red Fox Tribe is going to send out more people to look for Daphne.  I heard from some girls that even the son of the leader came out to look for her," Dream said.  Miya's eyes widened. "They never said anything about that the last time that I was home," Miya said.  Dream nodded. "I just heard that two days ago," Dream answered.  Miya frowned. "What's going to happen?" Julie asked.  Dream sighed. "Trouble," Dream answered. *********************************************** Chapter 9 "Did you know if they found Daphne unnie yet?" the girl in white asked one of the girls who appears to be her servant. "No, Ms. Grace," the girl answered.  Grace nodded. "I wonder what happened to Daphne," Grace mumbled to herself. "I think that Ms. Daphne ran away because of the marriage, Ms. Grace," the girl answered.  Grace started to laugh. "I knew it!" Grace exclaimed.  "Hm�I think I want to do something�"  The servants looked at her with widened eyes. "What are you going to do, Ms. Grace?  You won't get us in trouble would you?" the girl asked.  Grace smiled at her mysteriously. "It's for me to know and you to find out," Grace answered.  The servants looked at one another. They now know why Ms. Daphne's servants were always changed.  When they had first come to work here, they had heard that the hardest and easiest people to serve were the two sisters, Ms. Daphne and Ms. Grace.  They were known in the house as the most mischievous and playful ones.  They were, however, one of the nicest masters that one could have�Just as long as no plans for trouble were in their head. *********************************************** "How my Gracie dongseng?" Daphne asked Miya when they got to the place that they wanted to go on the beach and sat down. "She's good," Miya answered. "Thinking of more ideas of trouble and waiting for you to go back so that the two of you could perform it," Dream answered.  Daphne laughed. "Hm�interesting�I wonder who would be our next victim?" Daphne said to herself. "Not me," Miya said quickly. "Or me," Dream said.  "Me neither," Julie said. Daphne laughed again. "Of course not!  You three are like my best best friends!" Daphne said. "Yeah�That's why they are not used on us but tried on us," Dream said to Miya and Julie.  The two of them nodded.  Daphne smiled guiltily.  Suddenly, she thought of something. "Dream�Won't you get in trouble if you stay out for so long?" Daphne asked.  Dream sighed again. "Daphne�I'm letting you stay in the human world�Don't remind me of those things ok?" Dream said.  Daphne smiled. "Thanks, Dream," Daphne said.  Dream smiled. "What are friends for?" Dream asked.  Then, four of the boys walked up to them. "So what are you girls talking about?" Dong Wan asked as he sat down beside Dream.  Dream looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "Just some things," Daphne answered as she placed her head on Kang Ta's shoulder and started to play with her fingers. "Willing to tell us more about you people?" Woo Hyuk asked Julie.  Julie looked at Miya and the two of them shared an amused smile. "What would you want know about?" Miya asked. "Anything that you are willing to tell us?" Jun Jin said with a smile to Miya.  Miya looked at Julie with another amused smile. "I guess they suppose that we are going to tell them that one of us is a fox and the other one is a bird?" Miya said through telepathic waves to Julie. "Haha�I think that the four of them would freak out if they found out that all four of us are not humans," Julie sent back. "And you know what?  You two go into the punishment room and Daphne and I would stay out of this," Dream sent to the two of them. "Aw�Come on.  You know that we aren't going to tell them.  Even if we did, they would never in a million years believe us," Miya sent. "Unless we show them that is.  But I'm not planning on fainting Mr. Cutie who's sitting next to me," Julie sent with a smile as she glanced at Woo Hyuk. "Weird.  It seems as if they are talking to each other with expressions rather than telling us more about them," Jun Jin commented.  It was meant to be a joke but the four girls looked at him with a raised eyebrow.  He cleared his throat.  "Pretend that I didn't say that." "We're all�best of friends," Miya said. "Um�yeah�I guess we know that," Woo Hyuk said as he looked at the rest of the boys. "Hm�I really don't know what you want to know though," Julie said as she looked at them with a troubled face. "He wants to know what's the bird-eating thing right behind you," a voice suddenly said behind Julie.  Julie jumped up.  Who in the world could go behind her without her knowing? "What in the world are you doing here!?" Julie exclaimed when she saw who it was. Grace shrugged. "I can't help it if that place was so boring without you people," Grace said.  She turned toward Daphne.  "Daphne unnie!" "Gracie dongseng!" Daphne exclaimed.  She then looked at Grace.  "How did you get out?"  Gracie looked at her mischievously. "I'll tell you later," Grace answered.  She then looked at Kang Ta.  She whispered to Daphne.  "Sorry to bust your bubble, sis.  He looks kind of like that son of the leader of the Red Fox Tribe." "No he doesn't," Daphne answered.  Grace nodded. "If you don't believe me, you could ask Miya.  I think that she kind of remembers him," Grace answered.  Miya looked over questioningly.  Grace then said to her in their language, "He looks like that Alex or whatever his name is from the Red Fox Tribe."  Miya's eyes widened as she looked at Kang Ta again and then shook her head. "It can't be him though.  I don't feel anything from him," Miya said.  Grace shrugged. "He's the son of the leader.  He could do anything," Grace answered.  "Do you remember how that Alex look like?"  Miya shook her head.  She then looked at Grace. "Why do you remember how he looks like that much?" Miya demanded.  Grace blushed. "What are you talking about?" Grace asked.  "It's just that I look at people around me more and I remember how they look like.  Miya smirked. "Sure, Gracie, sure," Miya said.  "Remember that he's your future brother-in-law." "Not anymore," Grace mumbled.  "Daphne already said that she wanted this guy and not Alex."  She then looked at Julie as Miya joined the conversation that Dream and Daphne had started with the other boys.  "Oh yeah.  Two of your friends are looking for you." "Who?" Julie asked. "Don't remember their names.  Something like Tiff and Cin something," Grace answered.  "I was in a rush to look for you people." "Tiff and Cindi?" Julie asked. "There we go," Grace answered. "Where were they when you saw them?"  Julie asked. "Over the territory of the Black Fox Tribe.  Hope that they got through that place," Grace said. "Why were they over there?" Julie asked. "Because they said that it's better to be over that place than being chased by male birds?" Grace said with a shrug.  Julie laughed but there was concern in her eyes about Tiff and Cindi. "How long ago was that?" Julie asked. "About one hour ago?" Grace suggested.  Julie then got up. "Guys," Julie said in human language.  The rest of the people looked at her.  "I need to go for a while.  I'll be right back." "Do you need someone to go with you?" Woo Hyuk asked.  Julie shook her head as she smiled at him. "It'll be quick," Julie said.  But in her mind, she added "At least I hope." *********************************************** Chapter 10 "Tiff�Cindi�Are you people in here?" Julie muttered as she walked into the territory of the Black Fox Tribe. She looked around the territory with no new wonder.  The trees all had symbols of the Black Fox Tribe.  There were no sounds of birds singing or bugs chirping - the members would definitely not allow that. Julie was taking a risk when she decided to enter their territory. "Oh well�for my friends, it's worth it," Julie muttered to herself. *********************************************** "What's that bird doing in our territory?" Jini commented as she looked at the rest of the members. "You think that we know more than you do, Jini?  Well, maybe we do, but you didn't have to admit your stupidity like that," Ada said.  Jini looked at her fiercely. "Are you looking for a fight, Ada?" Jini asked as she snarled at her.  Ada smirked. "I never said that but if you think it's that, I wouldn't mind exercising a little," Ada commented as she got out of the seat that she was sitting in and went into fighting position.  Jini also got into her fighting position. "What are the two of you doing?" a voice suddenly sounded in the room.  Ada and Jini looked toward where the voice came from. "What are you doing here, Katyusha?" Ada asked as she went back to her seat and sat down, now that her mood for fighting was all destroyed by Katyusha.  Jini also sat down. "You two want to get into Kai's hair?" Katyusha asked.  Ada and Jini looked at her. "What do you mean?" Jini asked. "Kai's really upset about the things that are happening these days.  First, the mission of Daphne didn't succeed yet.  Then, those two birds that came in here the other day.  Finally, that other bird that came in here today," Katyusha said. "I don't think that Kai should be upset about those two birds that came in the other day.  Didn't we capture them and put them in the torture dungeon already?" Ada said as she took a grape and started to peel the skin off. "The point is that because of those two birds, Holly got hurt," Katyusha said. "She got hurt?" Jini asked.  "How did it happen?  Holly hardly ever got hurt before." "Those two birds had some years," Katyusha answered. "We should torture them ourselves rather than getting those little ones down there in the dungeon to torture those two birds," Jini said.  Katyusha nodded. "I suggested that to Kai but she said that we need to get the Daphne mission done first," Katyusha said. "I don't understand why Kai is in such a hurry about it.  I don't think that we had quarreled with those three so called good tribes within the last five hundred years," Jini said. "I don't know the truth but I did hear a rumor going around for the last hundred years already," Ada said.  The other two looked at her with interest. "What is it?" Jini asked. "Lend me your ears, sisters," Ada said with a smile. *********************************************** "What do you think that you are doing within the territories of the Black Fox Tribe, Polly?" a voice called out to Julie.  Julie looked around and immediately found out where the enemy was. "Stop trying to fool around.  Appear and talk face to face," Julie said as she stared at the direction that she was sure the enemy was.  Within a minute, Saeri walked out from behind the tree with a smile. "What do you want from us, Polly?" Saeri asked. "My name is not Polly and I don't want anything but my friends," Julie said. "Oh.  Your name is not Polly?" Saeri said with fake sorrow.  "I'm so sorry, Polly."  Julie decided to ignore her. "Where are my friends?" Julie asked. "Whom are you talking about?" Saeri asked. "You know fairly well what I'm talking about," Julie said.  "Where are my two friends, Tiff and Cindi?"  Saeri let out a smirk. "So you're talking about those two birds that came into our territory a few hours ago?" Saeri asked. "Where are they right now?" Julie asked. "What makes you think that I would tell you?" Saeri asked.  "You seem to have forgotten who I am." "They didn't do anything to you," Julie said. "They didn't to me but to my friend," Saeri answered.  "They are not coming out until they have paid the price." "If you're not going to let them out, I'll make you let them out," Julie said.  Saeri laughed. "With your abilities?" Saeri asked. "Not just with hers but also with us," a voice said. "Miya?  Dream?  What are you two doing here?" Julie asked in surprise. "Oh so glad to see you again, Dream and Miya," Saeri said sarcastically. "Long time no see, Saeri," Miya said.  "How many more animals have you tortured?"  Saeri answered her with a smile. "Let them out," Dream said.  Saeri glanced at her. "Oh.  So our Ms. Cold-faced White-fox General is actually caring about someone?" Saeri asked. "It's none of your business," Dream said. "Well it is since those two birds hurt my friend," Saeri said. "If you don't let them go, you would also be hurt, Saeri," Dream warned.  Saeri smiled. "All of you seem to think that you are still in your territories.  This is the Black Fox Tribe's territory.  It's not your house where you could take things when you want to and leave with them," Saeri said.  "Not to mention that most of my sisters are here also." "You think that I'll be afraid of one or two hundred of you?" Dream asked. "Maybe you're not.  But what about your friends?" Saeri asked as she pointed at Miya and Julie. "They have the ability to protect themselves," Dream said.  "Now do you want to fight or do you want to just let the two of them go peacefully?"  Saeri looked at her.  Dream had been known as one of the best warriors in war.  She could fight one to two hundred of the enemies easily without getting tired and barely hurt.  That was how she received the name of "Athena of the Foxes". "I'll have to ask Kai," Saeri said. *********************************************** "Where do they think this is?" Kai asked as she looked at Saeri. "I don't know, Kai.  But it's all Dream talking.  She threaten that she would fight if she have to," Saeri said. "So Athena of the Foxes is actually having some feelings for once," Kai said.  "Let the two of them go." "Just like that?" Saeri asked with widened eyes.  "Kai, they hurt Holly." "We'll get our revenge soon enough," Kai said.  "Trust me on that one."  With that, an evil grin appeared on her face.  "I just thought of a perfect way to get her hair�" *********************************************** Chapter 11 "Are you ok, Tiff and Cindi?" Julie asked as they made their way back to Seoul.  They decided to go back to Seoul because Daphne and Grace had a special ability of healing people. "Yeah�I guess," Tiff said with a bitter smile as she looked at her body. "If you don't count the over a thousand wounds on us and maybe also our brain torture, yeah, we're ok," Cindi answered with a grimace.  Julie looked at them with a frown. "Don't worry about it Julie.  Daphne and Grace knows how to heal people," Miya said with a smile.  Julie nodded. "There were people after you again, Tiff and Cindi?" Dream asked.  "Didn�t I already warn those two male birds that they weren't allowed to get close to the two of you already?  Or they didn't get enough of me?"  Tiff and Cindi laughed. "Of course they won't be going after us after they got warned by Athena of the Foxes.  There were these two new birds that just moved over and kept asking for us to go out with them," Tiff answered.  Cindi nodded. "Those are the most annoying birds that I had seen for the last five centuries," Cindi said.  Miya laughed. "I know what you mean, Cindi," Miya answered.  "It's not there many females like us.  Most of them already got married or something.  It's only this little group of us that are not married yet.  Hey!  Look.  Even Daphne and Grace's sister got married two years ago."  The rest of the group nodded. "It's too hard for us to fall in love and get married," Tiff said as she continued to nod.  Miya looked at Julie and Dream and the three of them smiled. "You probably wouldn't believe it, but Ms. I-don't-want-to-get-married-to-son-of-leader-of-tribe is actually in love with a human now," Julie said.  Tiff looked at them with widened eyes. "She's in love?  Daphne?  You sure?" Tiff asked.  The three girls nodded. "Hard to believe but yeah.  Wouldn't blame her though.  That group of boys are one of the cutest that I have seen so far," Julie said.  Tiff and Cindi looked at one another. "Don't tell me that you fell in love also," Tiff said.  Cindi then sighed. "Oh well Tiff.  I guess our little anti-marriage-and-love group would soon be left with me and you," Cindi said.  Tiff grinned. "Wait till you see those guys," Miya said. *********************************************** "Whoa!  Did she get beaten up or something?" Brian asked as the five girls entered the beach house that was owned by the people from SM. "Oh my.  What kind of people would beat up people like that?  That's a horrible state they are in," Eric commented. "I think you better take them into the back to heal them," Jun Jin said.  Brian then looked at the two new girls weirdly. "Are you sure that they are just beaten up, Eric?  They look like they are in a little shock since they are looking right in front of them�or more specifically, the two of us without blinking," Brian commented.  Tiff and Cindi immediately lowered their head in embarrassment.  Julie looked at Miya and Dream and winked at them. *********************************************** "Are you ok, Tiff and Cindi?  Or are you still in that shock?  Did the Black Fox Tribe do something to you that caused you to go into shock?" Daphne asked curiously.  Miya, Dream, and Julie were on the side as if they were watching a show.  Tiff and Cindi blushed. "Oh my God!  Don't tell me that they hurt you so bad that you got a fever now!" Grace exclaimed.  Daphne and Grace then both immediately held their hands up to Tiff and Cindi's head to feel their temperature. "Cindi's temperature is ok," Daphne said. "So is Tiff's," Grace answered.  "Then what's wrong?" "Because they are not in shock," Dream commented. "They're not in shock?  And they were staring at Brian�and�Eric�" Grace said.  Daphne and Grace then looked at Tiff and Cindi. "Oh my God!" Grace and Daphne exclaimed together. "What?" Tiff asked in nearly a whisper. "You fell in love didn't you?" Daphne asked with a smile. "You could fall in love and we can't?" Cindi muttered.  Daphne blushed. "I didn't say that�Hey�you two know already?" Daphne asked as she looked at her hands. "Miya and the others told us already," Tiff said.  "Congratulations." "Thanks�" Daphne said.  "Hey�Do you like Brian and Eric?  Because if you do, we might be able to set you up with them." "It's just that�we didn't see such a cute guy for such a long time�Nothing more than that," Cindi said slowly, a little unsure about what she was saying. "Oh really?" Grace asked with a smirk. "I wouldn't be talking Grace, when I'm in love also," Tiff said with an evil grin.  Grace then blushed.  The rest of the people smiled. "Where are you hurt?" Grace asked, deciding to change the subject. *********************************************** "Those two girls�are kind of weird," Brian said to Eric while they were hanging out on the outside of the house.  The girls were still in the house healing Tiff and Cindi. "Haha�" Eric laughed. "It's true though," Brian said.  "Did you see how they looked at us?"  Eric nodded. "I rather think of the two of them just being in shock.  They would probably be more normal soon," Eric said as he took a drink of his soda.  Brian nodded. *********************************************** "Oh yeah!  I stole a few of those medicine that could prevent our scent of bird or fox or whatever from being detected," Grace said as she gave each of the girls in the room and the group of girls all swallowed it right there. "Need help, Daphne?" Kang Ta asked as he stuck his head in. "Nope," Daphne said as she ran over to his side.  "We're done." "Wow.  That's quick," Kang Ta said with a smile.  Daphne smiled. "Of course," Daphne said.  Just at that time, Tiff and Cindi walked into view.  Kang Ta's eyes widened. "They look as if they were never hurt before," Kang Ta said.  Daphne then smiled again and this time, she pulled him out of the house before he could ask more questions. "That's the guy that Daphne fell in love with?" Tiff asked.  The rest of the girls nodded. "No wonder.  He's not that bad-looking," Cindi commented. *********************************************** "Hm�I guess they are more normal now, aren't they?" Brian said as he observed Tiff and Cindi who were just walking down to the beach. "And they are pretty good-looking," Eric commented.  Brian nodded. "Got to give it to Grace and Daphne.  They're medical knowledge is pretty good.  The two girls look as if they were never hurt before," Brian said. "Hey Brian!  Hey Eric!  These are the two girls who you thought were in shock earlier," Daphne said as she and Grace pulled Tiff and Cindi over. "Hi," Eric and Brian said with a friendly smile. "My name is Brian." "And my name is Eric." The two guys then held out their hands to shake hands with Tiff and Cindi.  Tiff and Cindi shyly extended their hands and shook hands with them. "My�name�is Tiff." "My name�is�Cindi." "Pretty names," Eric said with a smile.  Tiff smiled happily. "Can you just talk to them for a while, Eric and Brian?  Thank you so much," Daphne said as she ran away before the four of them could say anything. "Uh�Ok," Brian said.  "What would like to know?" he asked with a smile. *********************************************** "Evilness sister," Grace said. "Wrong Gracie.  Evilness sisters," Daphne answered with a wink.  Grace smiled. "Evil?" Kang Ta asked with an amused smile.  Daphne smiled at him. "You don't think that I'm evil?  I'm so evil, evil, evil," Daphne said.  Kang Ta laughed. "Childish," Kang Ta answered.  "But cute."  Daphne smiled happily.  Grace stuck out her tongue. "Getting all lovey dovey.  I guess I should walk away for a while," Grace said.  Daphne stuck out her tongue to her as well. "I'll be laughing at you when you get lovey dovey as well," Daphne yelled after her. "Sure.  If you have the chance to!" Grace yelled back.  She then started to run a little further down the beach. *********************************************** "If she has the chance.  She would probably never have the chance to," Grace muttered to herself.  Then, far a little far off, she saw a figure.  "Alex?  Oh my God!  Don't tell me that he found out where Daphne is and is after her right now."  The figure seems to figure out that someone was looking at him and turned.  He jumped down from the rock that he was standing at and stood there looking at her. Then maybe it's not Alex.  Why would he be looking at me like that when he already likes Daphne? "Excuse me," the person said. "Yes?" Grace asked. "Have I seen you before?" the guy asked. Oing?  He can't smell my scent?  Grace thought.  Then she remembered that she had taken the medicine.  Grace then shook her head. "Oh�Then you can't be her," the guy said. "Who?" Grace asked.  The guy smiled. "The girl that I like," the guy answered. "The girl you like?" Grace asked.  She was positive that this guy couldn't be Alex.  Although the two of them were really pretty girls, they looked different from each other. "Yeah," the guy answered.  "I'm trying to look for her.  Sorry for bothering you."  Grace shook her head. "It's ok," Grace said.  The guy smiled. "What's your name?  My name is Leslie," the guy said. Ok.  So it's definitely not Alex. "My name is Grace." *********************************************** "Hey guys!  Do you mind if I get someone else to join our barbecue?" Grace asked as she pulled someone behind her (although it was pretty obvious it was a boy since the guy was taller than Grace). "Sure," Hee Jun said with a smile.  He then peeked at the guy behind her.  "Whoa!  Your boyfriend?"  Grace blushed. "No," Grace answered.  "It's just someone that I met while I was walking along the shore." "Oh.  Your boyfriend that you just met along the shore?" Min Woo asked. "No," Grace answered. Miya looked up and her eyes suddenly looked as if it was about to bug out of her eye sockets. "What are you crazy?" Miya almost yelled as she jumped out of her seat.  The rest of the people looked at her weirdly.  She then blushed and sat back down.  Leslie looked at her weirdly. "Do I know you?" Leslie asked.  Miya shook her head immediately. "Why would you know me?" Miya asked quickly.  Leslie shrugged. "Oh well.  Just sit down and join us then," Tony said with a smile. "Wait!" Hee Jun suddenly exclaimed.  Everyone looked at him this time, weirdly.  Hee Jun looked at Leslie.  "You are not allowed to sit down without telling us your name."  Leslie smiled. "My name is Leslie." *********************************************** "I don't smell anything all of a sudden," Saeri said. "Why not?" Michi asked. "If you don't believe me, you try for yourself.  I have been smelling in all directions but I can't find the scent of Daphne," Saeri said. "Me neither," Kabuki said. "That's weird," Kai said.  Suddenly, she thought of something.  "They must have taken the Disappearance Dose." "Disappearance Dose?" Katyusha asked.  Kai nodded. "It's a kind of medicine that could cover the smell of animals changed humans for about a week or so," Kai said. "I guess we would have to look for Daphne on the streets then," Jini said.  The rest of them nodded.  "I'll go out with some of us tomorrow and look for her.  When we find her, we'll report to you."  Kai nodded. "And this time, this plan would definitely work," Kai said. ***********************************************
