Eli Manning- Alright...Plain and simple, Eli needs to step up and be a leader on this team this year. With Tiki gone it leaves a huge hole in the offense. Personally I'd rather see Brandon Jacobs over Rueben Droughnes 9 times outta 10. But Eli is going to have to be the leader of the offense and be able to throw the ball down the field...Not these good for nothing 3 yard passes.
