Instead DRAVIDA PERAVAI demands autonomous OMBUDSMEN to deal with corruption in high places.State level OMBUDSMEN can assume some of the functions of Governors like swearing in a Cabinet,deciding issues on legislative majority, acting as administrative head in case of a fall of a Ministry during that interegnum.THERE SHALL BE NO PERMANENT GOVERNOR JETTISONING THE MANDATE GIVEN TO ELECTED PEOPLE's REPRESENTATIVES.BUT THE PEOPLE WILL HAVE THEIR RIGHT TO RECALL ENSHRINED IN THE CONSTITUTION ENABLING THEM TO RECALL THEIR REPRESENTATIVES IF INDICTED BY A COMMISSION OF INQUIRY, or IF HE CROSSES THE FLOOR, or IF HE IS FOUND TO BE INVOLVED IN ECONOMIC OFFENCES. As OMBUDSMEN will be drawn from the judiciary,impartial decisions will emanate from that watchdog authority. ARTICLE 356 SHOULD BE DELETED FROM THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA AND ALL DRACONIAN LAWS LIKE TADA BE NEVER REINTRODUCED IN WHATEVER FORM,VERSION,CONTENT OR VARIETY. TO SET UP A NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION as an autonomous body sanctioned by the Constitution of India to arrest the growth of polluting industries in all the states of India. To revamp public sector undertakings ensuring workers participation in management and shares of public sector undertakings should be allotted to the workers of such undertakings and to the people whose land is lost because of the setting up of such industry in that region., to all displaced persons in view of those projects and to the dwellers of the area in general.Prosperity should percolate down to the people and people should become partners in projects, dams,undetakings.mines and industries that come up in their region. To ban totally food exports till poverty is eradicated and all people are fed or are in a position to feed themselves TO LINK UP NATIONS RIVERS IN A DECADE To strive for setting up a NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY COMMISSION which will evolve suitable ecofriendly technologies that can generate employment and protect our environment.It will be a nodal agency to clear import of any technology/machinery/formula that will be harmless to our ecology and can harness local workforce imparting them the requisite skills and training . ..
