Divine Face of Jalal ud Din Rumi

Social Harms of Flattery & Public Idolatory
O sweet soul, the laxative and pill you take
Surely cleans up your interior of all waste
(5)
Egotism has extolled, Pharaoh you become
Be modest and humble, seek not throne
Be a servant and not just the king
Be a bearing ball, not bat hitting
When youll no more be obliging or giving
Your friends will get sick, be soon leaving
The people, whole life kept you in deception
Shall declare you a phantom on perception
Knock at their door, perplexed they shall be
Saying, morgue is out of grave; all can see
(6)
(4) Large intake of heavy food and refined sweets is never well digested, and lots of wastes are accumulated in body. If they are not excreted with help of laxatives, the body may get sick and suffer.

The pill is the masters admonition, which serves as guiding light on path. Laxative is the masters support, which helps solving complex problems and issues on hand. Devouring knowledge and just reading masters without any guidance shall not make any man wise. Knowledge has to be carefully taken and absorbed in mind. One must inhale bitterness and exhale eulogy. Truth is bitter to heart but it saves one from serving prison to logic and reason. The truth is clearly established in ones heart when one learns to distinguish things through countering the facts or recognizing their opposites.

(5) The love and respect you had enjoyed was due to the obliging position you had to benefit your friends and thus authority to govern their hearts. As you loose the capacity to serve their guile needs, you are dead to them. They have sucked you up to the last breath. Living avoid dead, as they might take them along to land of dead.

*** When young lads have begotten evil of homosexuality, and it begins to reflect in their appearance and manners, their molesters bereave them. Satan itself does not own evil; it likes to keep reflecting it in human beings, as it belonged to human nature. Once a person is drenched with evil, Satan withdraws itself, because man now is more evil than him. First he was the target, now he is the cause.

****The bee buzz around the fresh flower, and the moth hovers round young flame. When their freshness and beauty is bygone, no one dares come near them.
Notes
Men idolize young lads, like gods devoted
Ensnare them in wickedness theyve hosted
When evil hath caught him in the beard
The Satan itself ashamed, may he cared
(7)
Satan approaches men, task to spread evil
It targets not one who is worst than devil
Till you were human, Satan was endearing
Serving wine to one intoxicated bearing
Alas! When thou hath reached mastery
The Satan has quitted but thine slavery
Who has been locked in your embrace tight!
From you have fallen apart with all its might

The darkness is always ready to consume light, the evil the good, the ignoble the noble, and the astray the righteous one, the wicked the innocent one. It is the opposites that attract each other and destroy each other. Who looses and who is the dacoit, who are the target and who benefits is the separate question; the problem is that the society faces the outcome and humanity suffers from destruction.
