| Separate, but Equal?!? When two people separate, it makes you wonder what didn't fit? Why were they together in the first place? is being so different a sin? It's almost like an election, where two people try to sway you in their direction. They buy you things, and take you places, they break your heart, and make you feel as if you're running races. The distance between them is long, you try and do what is right, but know it's wrong. Time they say is all they need, what about the vows, the promises, the creeds? After so many years does love dissolve? Love is said to cure pain and make the world revolve, but love just causes pain and what is gained? You've wasted so many years of life, for problems and strifes. You feel as if you're alone, but you are not, over 12.5 million have lost the battle in which they fought. People are pieces of a puzzle, the puzzle of life. They come to and work to fit together, but through strifes they are tossed upon the waves and don't fit together. You begin to wonder if the separation is forever. |
