The historical Tokio was a wonderful person who did great things for women's education in Japan. However, the Tokio I refer to in "Ways to Take Care Of..." is generally the poorly characterized fictional one used in alternate pairing Saito fics. Some people do a wonderful job writing Tokio, others don't. Some people get rid of her nicely, other's don't.
