| This Shintai Discipline reflects the Cayathans' like to the storms of the Pacific and Indian Oceans. * Conjure the Duke of Wind This power allows the Kuei-jin to raise fierce stormwinds. These can be used to make a sailboat travel more quickly, to interfere with the flight of birds or Cayathans using certian Disciplines, and so forth. ** Thunderbolt's Kiss When a Kuei-jin uses this power, his very touch inflicts the power of the thunderbolt in his foes. A Kuei-jin using this power may hold the lightning quietly and invisibly, waiting to be released, or may cause it to arc and thunder about his hands and body. *** Thunderbolt's Caress This power is similar to Thunderbolt's Kiss, but the Kuei-jin need not touch his victim -- he can actually 'cast' the lightning bolt at targets a short distance away from him. **** Cloud Chariot This power creates extremely strong, localized winds that actually lift the Kuei-jin and fly him wherever he wished to go. ***** The Flight of the Dragons This awesome power allows a Kuei-jin to channel Chi through his body and into the world around him to affect the local weather pattterns. This can create anything between trivial, minor changes (raise/lower temperature a few degrees, create/dispurse a few clouds) to very extreme changes (create/disperse a monsoon- or typhoon-like storm). |
