Warning: This is a Yaoi/Yuri story. In other words, this has boyxboy love. I don’t care what you think about such things, I do ask that if you don’t like it, don’t read it. DUH!! Don’t send me flames, I will delete them immediately. {Maybe! ^_~} This story is not centered around Taichi and Yamato as much as my last ones. This is part of a series, if you read the other parts you may understand this one a little better. Thanks.
This story is supposed to come after both A Day in the DigiWorld, Family Finds The Way, and Digital Reunion. Some parts in this story will only make sense if you have read A Day in the DigiWorld, Family Finds The Way, and Digital Reuion. If you have read A Day in the DigiWorld, Family Finds The Way, and Digital Reuion, I hope you have also read Never Leave Me (the one before). If you haven’t, well, that’s your problem and you can try to figure out what is happening. I am using the Japanese names for the humans.

Lady Myotismon and I ran through the woods. That pain was back again, and I wondered if I was doing the right thing. I decided I was and ran on.
As we neared the clearin we heard the battle, still raging.
"Crimson Lightrning!"
"Snow Shower!"
"Sparks Galore!"
"Bat's Wing!" Lady Myotismon joined in. I stopped just outside the clearing and searched for my brother.
*Mujitsu, he's this way.* I saw a silvery glimmer in the air and followed it.
I saw Kasasagi on the ground, holding his ankle. Red was seeping through his fingers. *Oh God. Thanks, Saru.* I told my older brother and ran over to Kasasagi.
He looked up and glared at me. "Get away, Mujitsu." I kept walking forward. "Go away, Mujitsu. I don't need you!" He shouted.
A little bird flew down and chirpped to him. He turn to me, his eyes softer. "This bird says you came here to help me."
"And to make-err-help you understand that we're all on the same side."
"Who send you, and how did you find me?"
"Saru." I knelt down beside my twin.
"He's alive?!"
"Nai. He's dead, but he helped me find you anyway. I didn't know you could talk to magpies."
"Only magpies."
"Still. Now let me see your ankle." He pulled a hand from his wound, gaining a small fountian of blood. He quickly replaced the hand. I pulled of my shirt and tore it into strips. "We need to do something about that. I wish Jou was here, he's a real doctor. Come on, I need to put these on there, quick. You aren't gonna die, not if I can help it!" I told him with a small.
We made quick work of my shirt, then used his. *At least the blood has slowed some.* I thought with relief. "We've got to get them to quit fighting." I told him, standing.
"Why? This is interesting."
"Kasasagi!"
"Okay. Okay. My apologizes, Mujitsu." He turned to the magpie, who was still on his shoulder, and made a bunch of chirping sounds. The magpie zoomed off. As I watched the battle ground, a single bird came thundering down, stopping just before it hit the ground. Kasasagi's troops relaxed. Lord and Lady Myotismon watched the magpie, cautiously. The magpie sat on a long in the middle of the clearing.
"Interesting." I commented as I helped Kasasagi up. With him leaning on my shoulder, we stepped out onto the clearing.
"Retreat!" He shouted to his troops. The turned and left. My two friends came over.
"Why, you're twins!" Lady Myotismon said, shocked.
We grinned. Kasasagi laid his head on my shoulder. I looked down at him. "I'm tired, Mujitsu." He mumbled and went limp. I held on to his limp body tightly.
*The closest place is his fortress. Lead everyone there and rest.* Saru told me.
*Okay, thanks, Saru.* I turned to the others. "Come on, this way. There's a place we can rest." They followed me, quietly.
When we came in sight of Kasasagi and Maho's old home, Myotismon stopped. "I don't trust this place." He mumbled. I heard some fear and anger in his voice.
*Tell him it's as safe as his home.*
"Saru says that it's as safe as your own home. Come on."
"Who?" The two asked at once.
I laughed. "Gomenasai. Taito's real name is Saru. I forgot that you two didn't know that. My real name is Mujitsu. This is my twin brother, Kasasagi. Call us what you will, but be nice about it." I walked inside, and the others followed.
We got to the kitchen, with help from Saru, and they sat down. I placed Kasasagi on a bench and sat down before them.
"So, what's happened the last few months? Appearently a lot." Lord Myotismon commented lightly.
I looked over at my brother. "We came for the reunion. Taito and I hid in the woods, we were going to come last. Maho and Kasasagi found us. Kasasagi told us who Maho and he was. Then... Then he told me who I was." I looked away from my brother. "And I didn't know what to think."
I sighed and got a drink of water from the glass Lady Myotismon had gotten me. "I collapsed on the site and they brouth us here." I spread my arms wide to show my point. "I woke in a dark place, much like the time in your world, except their was no one else with me. Taito was weak, I could feel his pain. He was losing blood from a head wound." I swallowed hard.
"I screamed for him and Kasasagi came in. He didn't seem to understand what was wrong, that or he didn't want to. I kept trying to explain what was wrong, but he wouldn't listen. And then...and...and then it was too late. My brother dies and the Crest of Magic went with him." I was crying by then and couldn't continue. Lady Myotismon hushed, calmed me down enough to continue, at the very least.
"I got really sick, and wouldn't eat anything. But Maho took care of my. It was almost like Kasasagi didn't care. When I was finally thinking straight again, Maho and I had a little talk. Then Kasasagi came in and we argued. Then I got him to tell me where Taito lay and ran down to the cellars, Maho following me, and found him."
Kasasagi stirred and my story was cut short. I walked over to the bench and crouched by his side. "You okay?" I asked him as he opened his eyes.
"Huh?" He just stared at me.
"Are you okay, Kasasagi?" I asked with a grin. "You fainted back at the clearing."
"Where are we Mujitsu?" He caught sight of the other two. "And who are they?!" He shrunk away from the two.
I looked over my shoulder at them and smiled. Then I turned back to my brother. "That's Myotismon, and his daughter, Lady Myotismon. They're my friends. We're in your kitchen."
"Where's Maho?" He relaxed some.
"With my friends." He just stared at me. "My adopted family."
"Oh. Okay. Mujitsu, I-I-I need to apologize. I was rude, and I didn't care for your friend. Just like with mom and dad. Will you forgive me, again?"
I sighed and put a hand on his arm. "I think the people you should be apologizing to are already dead, but they hear you."
*I hear you, Kasasagi! It's okay! I still love you! Momo and dad are just glad that you've learned from your mistakes.* Saru told us.
"S-s-saru?!" Kasasagi gasped.
"You heard him?" I asked in wonder, for getting all about the other two.
"Hai. Do you know where he is? Have you always been able to talk to him? How is he?"
"I do and don't know where he is. I have been able to talk to him in my mind for only a few months. He..." I sighed painfully and looked at the ground. I felt tears in my eyes. "He is no longer with us." It came out in a whisper.
"Where is he? What do you mean by that?!"
"Maho has him. He's dead." I felt a single tear slide down my face.
"Saru... was Taito?!" He cried. I nodded, slowly. "I-I-I-I killed him too..." He stammered.
"No one, not even he, knew." I tried.
He jumped up from the bench and started pacing the room. "How can you know?! Could you read his mind?!"
"Hai, I could, and still can, read his mind." He stopped pacing and stared at me. "I told you we shared a crest." He nodded. "When we got the crest, we were able to know what the other was doing or thinking. It was all in the way we were connected. Even though we lost the crests when he died, we still keep the connection. Maybe, because we are all blood related, you can hear him as well, but only when we are touching. Interesting."
*Mujitsu, you've been around Koushiro far too much lately!* Saru told me. I burst out laughing.
"I don't understand a word you just said." Lady Myotismon commented, making me laugh harder and Kasasagi start laughing.
"I don't think you ever will, Lady." I said, still laughing slightly.
"We ought to get back to your friends." My twin said quietly.
I grinned again. "Okay, but let's have some fun doing it." We all laughed and made plans.
~:~
As Lord Myotismon and I flew nearer to the camp on the Airdramon, there was quite a lot of running around, or so Saru said.
I jumped down before the Airdramon landed and ran right into the arms of my two fathers. I didn't want to let go, but when I saw Maho, sitting next to Saru's battered body, I got away and ran over to her.
She was crying. "Where's Kasasagi?"
I smiled. "He's coming, don't you worry." I whispered as I looked at Saru, as if making sure he hadn't been harmed anymore since he left my sights.
Saru had told me that they hadn't believe a word Maho had said, and because Sari and Sarah didn't have any proof to back up their claims that she was good, she had been shunned from the rest and had decided, in the end, to sit next to Saru. I winked as I walked away. She smiled and nodded as I saw Pychemon and walked over to talk to him.
Pychemon had trusted her, something he had learned to do with anyone asocciated with me, as I figured he would. He and SnowAgumon were sitting next to Saru. Everyone had turned to the sky as the other Airdramon came in. I couldn't help but grin.
Kasasagi and I had swiched clothes, to see if it would help any. We thought, if he was wearing my clothes, and had a hurt ankle, they would believe it was me. If the whole thing work, till we had them well enough confused, Saru would finally get his laugh. Then everything would be okay again. To confuse them even more, we were going to call each other our real names, and Hoped Maho would catch on.
Lady Myotismon stepped down, carrying Kasasagi. Just as expected, they fell for it.
"Yamachi?! But if you're Yamachi, then who's that?!" Yamato asked, confused. That was my cue.
"Oh, Kasasagi! I'm glad to see you made it all right!" I made a small bow to all the adults as I walked over. They were getting very confused!
"Oh! I didn't see you at first, Mujitsu!" He replied, playing his part wonderfully.
"What in Kami-sama's name is going on here?!" Taichi roared.
"We're twins!" We said together.
"And that's our sister, Maho." Kasasagi added, pointing to the girl. She smiled and waved, happy to be in on the game.
"Which one of you is Yamachi?" Asked Hikari. We gave her blank looks. She sighed, frusterated. "Pychemon!"
My Digimon waddled over and plopped down before me. "Pychemon!" I cried out. Everyone laughed. "You ruined Saru's fun!"
Suddenly, the laughing stopped. It wasn't funny anymore. They believed Maho now, so knew who Saru was. There was silence.
"Yamachi, Taito's dead." Yamato said, breaking the silence.

Part Three: Don't Fly Away, Magpie
By: Katmon =^.^= Ichijouji
My enemies fight,
Yet friends at heart.
Stop the blood,
End the war.
Bring him home,
I trust it not.
Tell them the truth,
He awakes near the end.
Plan his joke,
It may work.
They stare at me,
I said something wrong.
Magpie will stay,
Family to the fourth.
