Warning: This is a Yaoi/Yuri story. In other words, this has boyxboy love. I don’t care what you think about such things, I do ask that if you don’t like it, don’t read it. DUH!! Don’t send flames, I will delete them immedeatly. This story is not centered around Taichi and Yamato as much as my last one. This is part of a series, if you read the other parts you may understand this one a little better. Thanks.

This story is supposed to come after Digital Reunion. Some parts in this story will only make sense if you have read Digital Reuion. If you have read Digital Reuion, I hope you have also read Never Leave Me (the one before). If you haven’t, well, that’s your problem and you can try to figure out what is happening. I am using the Japanese names for the humans. This is part three of A Day In The DigiWorld. If you didn’t read parts one and two, well, that’s your problem. There aren’t any repeats in this one. It picks up right where part two left off.

DISCLAIMER: (I hate this >_<) Okay, Yamachi, Taito, most of their friends, the Digimon of most of their friends (except for Candlemon & his evolutions), Mara, the evolutions of the Mysterious Five (not their rookie forms mind you, I found those on the D-terminal toy), & Doommon and his forms are all mine. The Digidestineds’ kids crests were my idea, but I won’t take the crests (‘cause I got the ideas for a few of them from other sites ^_~). The poem Somethin’ Wrong is mine. Don’t steal it!

A Day In The DigiWorld
35 years after 02
Part 3

By Katmon =^.^= Ichijouji

______________________________________________________________________________

Somethin’ Wrong
Staring out at nothing,
Talking about much.
Thank you for saving me.
It was nothing.

I wish I had one.
You do.

I think this is Song,
And I have Dreams.

Don’t want to lose you too,
So take protection for the two of you.

Find the egg,
Battle the mon.

But something is wrong.
Something is very wong.

I took first watch that night. Jen stayed up late that night. We sat together, looking across the desert.

“I didn’t really thank you for getting me out of there. You’re very brave.”

“It’s okay, really.” I mumbled in reply.

She grinned. “Taito, what does your name mean?”

“You know, I have no idea. It’s a mix of my parent’s name, Taichi and Yamato. They are really cool. They are no doubt worried about us, all of us.” Pyschemon came over and nudged my arm.

“Well at least you have a Digimon to protect and care for you, I don’t.” She hung her head.

“I don’t believe that. My Aunt Hikari, Kara’s mom, says that everyone has a Digimon, you just have to find him or her. Snowagumon found my parents before I met them.”

“What do you mean by that?”

“By what?”

“Everything.”

“I mean that you might have a Digimon too.”

“What do you mean, before you met your parents.”

“I was adopted.”

“Oh, I’m sorry.”

It’s not something that I’m ashamed of. My brother, Yamachi, was adopted too.”

“Oh. How can I find my digimon? Do you know?”

Do you have one of these?” I asked, showing her my orange D-3.

“Not that I know of.”

“What about one of these?” I showed her my D-terminal. She shook her head. “Do you have anything out of the ordinary?”

“This.” She pulled out a tag and crest.

“Let me see those!” I stared at them. “Hey, Snowagumon, which crest is this?”

Snowagumon looked at it. “I’m not sure, but I think that’s the Crest of Song.”

“What does that mean?”

I took out my crest. “This is the Crest of Dreams. We all have crests. Lesa has Compassion. Osamu has Spirit. Don has Patience. Brian has Life. Kara has Beauty. Taro has Truth. We all have Digimentals that represent our crests too.” I showed her where my Digimental was stored.

“I wish I had one of those.” Jen said, looking at her Crest of Song.

I fiddled with my D-3 for a few seconds, then found what I was looking for. “Ah-ha! I found one.” Snoeagumon looked at my D-3 with me.

“A Digimental. Not too far away either. Interesting.” Snowagumon went to wake up one of the others.

He came back with Lesa. “You just won’t stay put, will you.”

“Does that mean you’ll watch for us?” I asked.

“Yes, yes. Just, take Snowagumon. I don’t want to lose you too.” I saw tears in her eyes.

I walked over and gave her a hug. “Don’t worry, little Lesa. My earlier promise still stands. K?”

“K. Just quit calling me ‘little Lesa.’” She was smiling now.

I grinned. “Okay, little Lesa.” I grabbed Jen’s hand and we ran down the mountain, Snowagumon following.

It was in a hiding tree. (The same one that Taichi, Koromon, Koushiro, and Motimon hid in when they first came to the Digital World. My father, Taichi, had showed me the location of it years ago.) We went in. There was the Digimental of Song. Jen smiled when she saw it.

“Go pick it up.” I told her quietly.

She walked over and touched it. A bright light shot from it into her hand. She gasped. It was a D-3!

*I thought so.* I thought as she showed me her new pale green D-3. We both smiled. I turned her back to the Digimental.

She picked it up and jumped back as a new light came out and landed on the ground where she had been standing. The light changed into a small, fairy-like Digimon with little wings on her back. She was smaller than Snowagumon!

“Hi, I’m Jesamon! I may be small, but my Triple Troop attack will knock me above the rest!” She said. Then she flew up to Jen’s shoulder and made herself comfortable.

“Ow! Careful, Jesamon! Those claws are sharp!” Jen told her Digimon. Then Jen turned to me and held up her Digimental. “What am I gonna do with this thing?” She asked as we started back.

“Use it.” I told her, shrugging. She just stared at me.

A sudden crash made us look up. “Duck!” I shouted and pulled her to the ground with me as a Kuwagumon flew over our heads. I jumped up, pulling out my D-3. “Now we use them! Snowagumon, Digi Armor Energize!”

“Snowagumon, Armor digivolve to... Dreamon!”

“Digi Armor Energize!”

“Jesamon, Armor digivolve to... Hymnmon!”

“Hymnmon is a large Digimon that uses the Digimental of Song to armor digivolve. Watch out for her Musical Notes attack! It will deafen you!”

“Sleepy Blast!” Dreamon shouted.

“Musical Notes!” Hymnmon sang.

The Kuwagumon flew away. Our two Digimon de-digivolved and Jen and Jesamon danced around, celabrating.

“I don’t like this. That was too easy.” I wispered to Snowagumon. He nodded.

This is the end of part three. What does Taito mean by ‘It was too easy?’ Will they get Osamu back? What is Cliff up to? Will they ever get home?

Find out all this and more next time on, A Day in the DigiWorld!^_~
