Kurt Cobain was the front man of the Punk Rock band, NirVana. He was found on April 8th, 1994 in the room above his garage with a shotgun lying on his chest. The police department declared it a suicide. Many, including myself, do not believed that he took his own life, and instead think that his wife Courtney Love did so instead. There is not that much evidence to prove suicide, however there is a substancial amount of evidence that proves murder.

Courtney Love...
It is a known fact that Kurt and Courtney's marriage was going downhill. The WERE going to get a divorice. Courtney used Kurt from the beggining to get her fame, which she got, and money. When she found out that Kurt wanted out of the relationship, she found out that AT BEST she could only get half of his royalties (she would probably recieve maybe 1/5 because they were only married in 1992). And it is also known that she tried hiring hitmen to kill Kurt. One said,"she told me to make it look like a suicide. She had the shotgun.....and she told me which garden to pop him in...she said, 'blow his fuckin head off' ."

The Gun...
The gun used to kill Kurt was purchased by his best friend, Dylan. This gun was purchased BEFORE he escaped from a rehab center in Cali. His friend said that if he were suicidal, he would have done it the day that he got the gun. But he didnt. Kurt only got the gun for protection from Courtney, because he heard that she tried hiring a hitman. Also, there were no finger prints on the gun, but were checked for the first time 6 months after his death. Now that sounds normal, because no one would be able to reach far enough to set off the gun, they would have to have banged it on the floor, or something. BUT there should have been fingerprints on the bullet shell....gee, none there either....how could kurt put the shells in without using his hands? Boy, that ones tough (sarcasm)

The Note...
The note found by Kurt's body was not a suicide note. It was a note to tell his fans about him leaving his passion, music. The last 4 lines have been questioned by many professional handwriting investigators...those last lines talk about killing himself. Also there was a second note that Courtney kept a secret until a slipup in an interview later on in her life...it went into more depth about leaving his career behind than the other one.

The Heroin and Drugs...
There was 1.52 miligrams per liter in Kurts body when found...thats 255 miligrams of heroin! Which is about 3 times the regualar dosage. People say that heroin takes at least a minute when injected...WELL, NOT WHEN YOU PUT THAT MUCH IN YOURSELF, it would act instantly. Making it impossible for him to pick up a gun. And something else that everyone else ignores, drug addicts wouldnt shoot up and then just kill themselves, they would wanna enjoy their 'high' first. No heroin addict in the world would just do that and immediatly kill themselves.
