Just for a comparison, although the Xeon is a MUCH better server proc, I don't think you would want it unless you had other things first... It would definitely be a VERY "unbalanced" (to use the way I visualize it) solution if I forced it into a $1600 price ceiling... basically, I'd suggest one of the top two, and you could probably afford the T-bird on the second system if you wanted to put it in there instead.
