The Servers
Loki:

Mythology: Norse

The second server to come to the english users and the only norse related one of the two. Loki was the god of Chaos, which would make sense for why they used it along with the first server called Chaos.

Loki was the trickster of the Aesir. Not really an Aesir himself, he was the son of a wind giant. But he had become the sworn brother of Odin and was welcomed into Asgard. He had played some various tricks on the Gods which got him into alot of trouble and the enventual sewing of his lips together so that he could not tell lies and then the later bounding of Loki. When Loki had come across the curse ring it turned him evil and to add to this evil he drank a witches heart who was the only one killed in Asgard which was against Odin's law but she was killed by Odin himself. Loki had ran off to the Iron Wood where he took a second wife, a giantess witch. Together they had 3 horrible children. The oldest was ravenous and hungry like a wolf and was named Fenrir, the second was slick and poison of tongue like a snake and his name was Jormungand, and the youngest was Hela, the most disturbing of all. For she on one side a fair maiden and on the other she was a decayed corpse. Another one of Loki's children is Sleinpnir for whom he was its mother.

Chaos:

Mythology: Greek

The first and in my opion best server of the two, but its not for newbies since it was the first and only server for a while. The economy is very high and things are way overpriced and for the rich, but it is my one and only home. Oh how I miss it.

Chaos is from the Greek word Khaos, meaning "gaping void". There are many explanations as to who or what Chaos is, but most theories state that it was the void from which all things developed into a distinctive entity, or in which they existed in a confused and amorphous shape before they were separated into genera. In other words, Chaos is or was "nothingness." Though some ancient writers thought it was the primary source of all things, other writers tell of Gaia (Earth) being born from Chaos without a mate, along with Eros and Tartarus. Then from Gaia came Uranus (Heaven or Sky) which gave us Heaven and Earth.
Chaos has been described as the great void of emptiness within the universe from which Eros came and it was he who gave divine order and also perfected all things. In later times it was written that Chaos was a confused shapeless mass from which the universe was developed into a cosmos, or harmonious order. For instance, Hesiod's Theogony says that Erebus and Black Night (Nyx) were born of Chaos, and Ovid the Roman writer described Chaos as an unordered and formless primordial mass. The first Metomorphoses reads, "rather a crude and indigested mass, a lifeless lump, unfashioned and unframed, of jarring seeds and justly Chaos named."
