Errata
Interkingdom Recruiting: The Rising Winds will not, and cannot recruit from members of another kingdom. Not: Freeholds can and will be recruited from. Also, only a Quorum (51%) of the Rising Winds Saracens may initiate, or grant a Rising Winds member their 'S'

Inter-tribal affairs: Rising Winds Tribes will not recruit Saracens from other Tribes. This can only lead to discord among our brethren. A  Rising Winds Tribesman who moves away from his tribe may petition another tribe closer to himself.

Saracens from other Kingdoms: A Chieftain from another Kingdom must present himself to the Rising Winds Council of Chieftains for recognition. At this time he will be allowed to start a tribe in the Rising Winds. Saracens who move into the kingdom may
a.     Retain  membership in their current out of Kingdom tribe ( but may not recruit Rising Winds populace into said tribe.)
b. Petition a tribe in the Rising Winds, and become a fully privileged member of the Tribe.

Election of Rising Winds Officials

Speaker: The Speaker of the Rising Winds will be voted annually at the Late Summer/ Fall Coronation of the Rising Winds, by the Council of Chieftains, after having held council with their tribe. (Council will be twenty minutes long, and cannot be donied if asked for.)

War Speaker: War- Speaker will be appointed by trial of combat, in a tournament held at the Late Summer/Fall Coronation of The Rising Winds. Trial will consist of a tournament organized and ran by the current War-Speaker, and is open to any Full 'S' in the Rising Winds. The winner of this tournament will be the new War- Speaker for the next year.

Please note: The Speaker and War-Speaker positions must never be held by the same member.
