Hail my friends, let me tell you a story about the Desert Islands of Khar. For a long time the City of Dragons Keep grew in these lands, Destynalia and Steven Dragonscale were soon to be Wed in the Noble City that was being constructed. This place, we felt as if it was our home. Then the attacks started. We were raided by a small band of Irekei in the guild N�Koth. These raids were infrequent enough to be chalked up as normalcy for our harsh world. Steadily the raids increased in frequency and violence, using the Orcs and Ogres of the land as allies they began to take out entire hunting groups regularly. Then, they began to raid the City of Dragons Keep itself. Now they were with allies, the Irekei of The Temple of Muja�adin were now helping focus their terror on us. They entered our City, killed dozens of us and burned several of our buildings. But still we would not retaliate, for what we wanted was peace. And in our respect for the Irekei culture, we didn�t seek war with them. But their attacks continued, and now, a fellow named Senseless Murder from The Temple of Muja�adin began to target Destynalia greifing and murdering her, and the raids continued. In an effort to fight back, we raided Kryst, city of The Temple of Muja�adin, burning a thief trainer alive in his inn, the same trainer that trained Senseless his murderous ways. Then we baned the single open tree of N�Koth, in an attempt to end the raids. That evening, an alliance of Irekei raided the Keep once again, consisting of N�Koth, The Temple of Muja�adin, Vra�akar and even the Irekei Veto of Brotherhood of Shadows. Many of our buildings again were burned that evening in the raid, as well as many dead. Then before he left, the leader of the Alliance, Khal had an offer�.. Khal: We offer you safety and survival, and in return, you will be considered Slaves. We will use you for level groups for our younger members, among other things. Steven: And if we refuse? Khal: If you refuse you will meet a most unfortunate end. Steven: If we refuse to be your slaves you will destroy us? Khal: You are faced with two options at this point; sub to N�Koth or total annihilation, the choice is simple. As a guild you will embrace the Dragon, you will renounce the All Father and all other Gods, you will stay out of all wars involving Irekei people, and you will pay N�Koth 500K a week. And that was the offer, seeking to Enslave the people of Dragons Keep! And with our collective answer of �Never will we be slaves to you!� And after even REMOVING the bane placed on them in good faith, hoping just to end our differences� A Bane was placed upon our Tree Of Life. The Bane will go Active, Sunday at Four O�clock Eastern Time. Of course, Defensive actions are expected to go the full day leading up.
