Our "2 Cents Worth" :
Beautiful Cemetery, but has had it's fair share of Vandalism ... awesome Experiences and we will definitely go back !

We arrived and were amazed at the Quaintness of the Cemetery. From all we've read on the Internet we expected it to be much bigger and the Path, which is only about 200 Feet, much longer. It's beautiful and serene, but has had it's fair Share of Vandalism ... especially the Treestump where the Lady is said to sit upon. It's a shame ... The Cemetery is by no means scary or feels uncomfortable, but the Sounds of Hickory Nuts dropping is kinda eerie in the Dark.

I took a Picture at the Front Marke
r and when I looked at it, I saw what appears to be an Orb on the Right. If you enlarge it, it actually has a Face on it and is not completely round like a Dust Orb would be. I've tried every which way to enhance it for you to see, but the best Way is to put it in the XP Fax Viewer and enlarge it. The Face is unmistakeable and the Fax Viewer doesn't distort it.

The Group broke up as we tried to find the "Never at rest" Grave, but we never found it. I found "Baby Lester" and took a Pic.
I'm not sure if the Lady in Black is associated with it, if this is the Baby she lost ... or if Baby Lester is famous because of the Fact that his/her Gravestone is so simple and doesn't give any Detail of Boy or Girl, the Date of Death or if Lester is the last Name or first ... we're guessing last.

Something drew me to the Area in the back that has three Graves and a bunch of Yucca planted. After that Picture was taken, I stood there right by them and was getting ready to take a closer Picture and as I was looking through the View Finder, a Mist went right past me in Front and went to the Side of me, Behind me and disappeared. It all happened so quickly that I didn't have Time to react to push the Button. Vernis told me there were actually 3 Individuals that flitted past me.

Later on after Dusk, we investigated the Treestump which is close to Baby Lester's Grave. Gina got an elevated EMF Reading and I took some Pictures .I would like to mention, that so far all the Dust Orbs in our Pictures look the same and never have any Color other than a slight blue Hue.

For Orb Color Explanations view our Glossary Page 3

There is a beautiful Tree that is big enough to make a nice Canopy and Graves form a Circle around the outside of it. We stood under there for a While and just took in our Surroundings. Mike and Vernis saw a misty Figure floating in the Area of the Path twice and a few Orbs were spotted.

We also had a few low Temp Readings of 29F in some Areas, but saw or felt Nothing.

As we were leaving, we turned and looked back, again just looking and taking it all in ... saying goodbye to the Spirits, when all of us saw a dark Shape / Shadow, moving on the Right.

We thanked the Spirits for their wonderful Displays and departed
.

I found this on the Forum mentioned below. We did not find this particular Grave, but it does exist ... we just happen to miss it
:
After some research about the grave of Richard S. Westfall that simply says, "Never At Rest" at the bottome of his tombstone... Westfall was an I.U. Prof who died unexpectedly in 1996, although I cannot determine the cause of death. The significance of "Never At Rest" is that Westfall was engrossed with the theories of Sir Isaac Newton....and in 1980 wrote a book titled, "Never At Rest." So, that puts that mystery to "rest." Very odd that his wife would have that put on his stone though.... Also odd that Stepp is considered a "Pioneer" cemetery, however people are still being buried there periodically
