Have you ever been crushin' on someone so bad
If they're not there you're thinking about them drives you mad
I've been there to tell you the truth 
I've been there and my crush was on you
By a friend of yours I was led to believe
Your feelings were the same, you were crushin' on me
I found out later from a friend
He lied to me, this had to end
I wrote you this poem to find out the truth
