Shanes life was much like Cindy's, thats why he loved her so much. He began as a small boy living in the capital of Tokarma. His parents didn't expect having a child so late in their lives but they loved him none the less.
His father Demin was an archer once and showed Shane much about the art in life. Shane had developed a fascination about the speed in which every arrow flew.
When his family began to lose their money they moved with all their possessions to Tok Ventree, a smaller town than the city but large enough to start their life anew. But Shanes parents turned to greed. They used to gamble for more money than they had and ran the family into too much debt to repay. For their stupidity the propriater of the clubs they went to sent men after them and slaughtered their flesh. Shane survived only by hiding. He witnessed his parents being murdered and he was only nine years old. The horror of feeling alone turned him to sadness and dispare.
After their buriel he sold the home they had baught for well under cost and lived on the streets. He became a struggling orphan as all the money he had started to run out. |
