The Elders father was a the king of Avendeltinga but died when he was killed by invading Fridgotens. Since then the Elder has been the Avendeltinga's leader. He never really liked being a king so he got rid of the hierarchy and changed the name of the country to Vendel.
The Elder made alliences with many countries and in the prossess built up their defences. It was these alliences that led to his country being immortal land.
Through out his years he has had many wives that have died due to assassinations from neighbouring countries. They have produced him many sons above all his most recent Aleran. Who like himself showed an interest in archery. Even though Vendelians are naturals at th sport he showed the most promise in his early years.
The Elder is a formidable archer, in a match he never misses the exact center of a target. Hence his people have never beaten him.
To date he is almost a thousand years old and has only just started to develop powers in magic. Although no one has seen them. |
