| Character lists |
| Cindy has had a very short life so far so there is little to tell about her. Her parents used to fight a lot about money, her father was a businessman but not a very good one though. When he did get some money he would complain he needed more farming tools so he took a trip to Gormara to get some. On his return however he would have no money and no new tools. He gambled it all as Gormara is the gambling country of the isles. So Cindy lived with her parents in a small house with little toys to grow up with, only two square meal a day and hard beds to sleep in. But for Cindy this wa the only way of life she had known and didn't mind it too much. She went to school five days a week to learn mostly about cooking, they never taught girls what they taught the boys, no language skills, history or writing. These were taught to her by her mother after every school day even though she hadn't been taught by anyone at all. She has always been interesting in magic. Although she had never seen real magic she wondered about how much Mags could do. She read books about Mirvin mostly, the great and powerful sorcerer, the defender of humans against the demons of the dark world. Her father and mother tried to discourage these thoughts by burning the books she finds or gets fromk school, and she never knew why, Magic was apart of this world why wasn't she alowed to read about it. When she was midway through fourteen years of her life her father took another trip to Gormara after sealing a overly large deal. When he came back however he had another fight with Cindy's mother, this time though he kept saying over and over that they had to leave. It seems he cheated a very powerful magician and now the mag was out for revenge. But they were too late, the mag and his mens horses could be heard out front. |
