A Few Thoughts On Grief;

The overwhelming and strong emotions that my surprise you are common;

shock
disbelief
anger
frustration with police and justice system
possible loss of faith in God and people
loss of trust
numbness
feeling of being in a dreamlike state
confussion
depression
unable to cry or to stop crying
feeling empty
lack of concentration
feelings of losing sanity although you probably are not
always tired
not sleeping
not eating
eating too much

Please remember to be gentle and kind to yourself. There is no time limit on grief.
You may feel alone but please remember that you are not.
