However to those of you who are open-minded I will state - that we can become connected to higher conscious levels of intelligence who we often refer to as 'our guides'. To do this we need to get ourselves into a state of quiet peace and become an 'empty vessel'.
This painting represents my two guides.

Stepping out onto a new journey can be quite daunting, we hold on tight to what we know......wouldn't it be great if we could just reach our goal without following the harrowiing path before us?

As an adult I went to Nova Scotia to visit my mother's family in Pubnico. My cousins took me out on their big fishing boat and out in the harbour there to my delight were Puffins swooping over the water. Somehow my mothers memory of home had embedded itself in me.
There is a connection in this painting between my mother and I.
My daughter Jessie now owns this painting.
