| DragonBall The brother of Tsuru-Sennin, master assassin and possibly the second strongest 'normal' human in the series (behind Mr Satan). During the Red Ribbon Army Saga, Supreme Commander Red considers hiring the mercenary but only if he can defeat General Blue using only his tongue. Tao accomplishes this by piercing Blue's temple with his tongue, killing him. Tao proceeds to defeat Goku and Goku is forced to retreat. Goku trains at Korins Tower and returns to fight Tao. Tao gets blown up by a deflected grenade during the battle and is persumed dead. Tao, however, reappears during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai with numerous mechanical enhancements. He fights Tienshinhan and tries to kill him in order to gain some vengence for Tsuru-Sennin. He is disqualified for using a dagger and is defeated by Tienshinhan. DragonBall Z Tao, again, resurfaces during the Cell Saga. First, he is seen working for a rich person who is forcing the villagers of a small town to build a shelter for his own protection. Tao encounters Gohan and quickly retreats when he realises that he's the son of Goku. He makes a second apperance during the Cell Saga when he works for a gangster trying to collect the DragonBalls. He considers attacking Goku for his DragonBalls but then decieds to outsmart him. If Goku can solve three ring-puzzles then Tao will hand over his DragonBalls. While Goku tries to solve the puzzles, Tao and the others left with the DragonBalls and drove off throughout the night. Goku solved the puzzles (a miracle in itself n.n;) and used his Instant Translocation to catch up with the others and collect his prize. That was the last of apperance of General Tao |
