| DragonBall Hundreds of years ago, the Namek known as Piccolo became guardian of Earth but first had to purge himself of all evil. When he did so, Piccolo became Kami(God) but the evil nature manufested itself into Piccolo-Daimao. Piccolo-Daimao devestated the Earth but Kami could not kill him as their life force was connected so that if one died the other would too. Piccolo-Daimao was eventually sealed sealed in the Denshi Jar by Mutaito-Sennin and the Jar was hidden away. Centuries later, Emperor Pilaf opened the jar in the hope of using Piccolo-Daimao to gather the DragonBalls. Piccolo-Daimao did indeed gather the DragonBalls but used them to wish for his own youth to be restored. Powerful once more, the demon set about destroying the world. Both Kame-Sennin and Tienshinhan tried and failed to seal Piccolo-Daimao in the Denshi Jar by using the Mafuba technique. Piccolo-Daimao and his minions caused many casualties to the Z Fighters including Krillin, Chiaotzu and Kame-Sennin. Goku eventually defeated Piccolo-Daimao by blasting right through his body. Before he died, Piccolo-Daimao produced an egg which contained the Piccolo we know in DBZ and passed all his memories and life-energy (but not personality) into it. |
