| Story Continued: The wave blasts Gohan but it is not as intense as the previous blast from SuperCell. It seems Cell is having his way with Gohan! (SSj5 Gohan) NO!!!! How can I fight him when he's become so much stronger than me! I have failed! I'm sorry dad! I didn't want it to be like this! How could I have let him attain so much power? (Goku) STOP THAT GOHAN!!! You know very well that you have the power you need to stop him! (SSj5 Gohan) Dad? (Goku) This is no way for a son of mine to talk! Did you not learn anything from our training? (SSj5 Gohan) But dad! (Goku) But NOTHING!!! Now, you have faced situations such as these before! Just do now what you were able to do then! You will do this! Listen to your heart, follow your instincts, and let your emotions be your guide! (Trunks) Come on Gohan! We are all depending on you! (Goku) Just listen to your heart! (SSj5 Gohan) Trunks, dad, I don't have the strength! Gohan begins to hear voices from his past. He thinks back to all the battles and all the times when his friends have needed him. AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH Gohan begins to look up at SuperCell as he struggles to gather the courage to fight. (Vegeta) Gohan! We are with you! (SSj5 Gohan) Vegeta? (Krililen) We're behind you, Bro! (Chi Chi) Make this universe safe for us, ok? (SSj5 Gohan) Mom! (Master Roshi) Come on kid! We are all with you! (Elder Namek) Gohan! We are all depending on you! (Piccolo) I'm sorry I'm not there with you Gohan, but I am with you in heart! (Goku) Do it for them, Gohan! (SSj5 Gohan) They're all counting on me! I CAN'T LET THEM DOWN! I JUST CAN'T!!! (SuperCell) It looks like my reign of terror has started all ready! (SSj5 Gohan) What are you talking about? Gohan looks up to see a distant planet in the line of the energy wave that was previously released upon SuperCell's ascension. It is the planet of the Yardgrats! The peaceful people that had helped Goku when he crashed landed on their planet after the Frieza battle. The wave slowly comes in, and obliterates the planet. (SSj5 Gohan) NO!!!!!!!!!! Those people! All those people, and I could do nothing to save them! (SuperCell) That is only the beginning! I will destroy everything, one planet at a time! It will be……… marvelous! (SSj5 Gohan) Animal! (SuperCell) WHAT WAS THAT??? (SSj5 Gohan) YOU ANIMAL!!!!!!! Everything goes black. In Gohan's mind, a single drop of water falls into a dark pool, creating a series of ripples that move outward. (SSj5 Gohan) NO! Not again. NOT AGAIN!!!! It's slipping! IT'S SLIPPING!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH -Echo- AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH -Echo- AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH -Echo- AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH -Echo- AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH -Echo- AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH -Echo- AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH (SuperCell) WHAT IS THIS???? In a fit of rage, Gohan loses control! For the first time in SSj5 form, Gohan's power starts to have an outward affect on his surroundings. A storm erupts creating chaos like no other. Earth and New Namek turn dark as if it were nighttime. Violent earthquakes rattle both planets and every other planet in the northern portion of the universe! The drain of power is so great that everyone on Earth and Namek pass out, including those of many other nearby planets! Crimson lighting begins to flash everywhere! The star of this solar system that once held the three planets in orbit, dies from the drain of power. The white light around Gohan gains a reddish hew. This time, the storms do not stop once Gohan has gathered his energy. Lightening continues to clash! The entire universe is reeling! A deep power within Gohan has been released! Overall, he does not look to be changed until you gaze upon his eyes. They have completely glazed over in crimson red! (SuperCell) YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!!!!!!! I HAVE YOUR DNA AND I SENSE NO SUCH ABILITY!!!!!!!!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! Gohan stands silent. The intensity he gives off is staggering, his intent, clear! (SuperCell) YOU CAN'T!!!!! Gohan stands silent! The rage in Gohan has finally overwhelmed him. He is no longer the child like fighter of before. (SuperCell) –thinking to himself- But I have his DNA! If such ability existed, I would have discovered it all ready! (Goku) You may have his DNA, Cellulose, but you lack his will! I told you, he WILL DESTROY YOU!!! (SuperCell) I WILL PROVE YOU WRONG, GOKU!!!!! Cellulose turns his attention to Gohan! Gohan is almost trembling from the intensity inside! (SuperCell) So you've found a deeper power, something more than just the power of a saiyan? WELL IT WILL DO YOU NO GOOD!!! IT'S TIME TO REVEAL THE FULLEST EXTENT OF MY POWER!!! PREPARE YOURSELF GOHAN!!! THE NEXT TIME WE BATTLE, IT WILL BE………TO THE DEATH!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH White lightening explodes from SuperCell and clashes with the crimson lightening of Gohan. Both fighters are at their fullest potential! (SuperCell) TIME TO DIE………G (SSj5 Gohan) NO GAMES!!!! Before SuperCell finishes his sentence, Gohan lashes at SuperCell! The clash of power creates vast energy waves that distort everything! Every attack landed is, in turn, equally matched by the others! They are completely even! (SuperCell) SPECIAL BEAM CANNON FIRE!!!! (SSj5 Gohan) MASSENKO BLAST!!!! The two attacks come together and instantly explode! SuperCell instant transmissions behind Gohan before he has time to react! (SuperCell) TRI BEAM ATTACK!!!! The attack makes contact but when the energy dissipates, Gohan is revealed with a few scuffs but is ok! Gohan retaliates by rushing SuperCell head-on! SuperCell only sees a blur right before he gets nailed in the face! (SSj5 Gohan) Got ya! (SuperCell) NO!!!! (SSj5 Gohan) AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH Gohan releases a blast directly into SuperCell's chest. SuperCell staggers back and hunches over. He then rises with a smile as his chest is regenerated. The attack has no effect on SuperCell's power! The two fighters come together and lock hands. A power struggle then assumes. Each fighter's power continues to grow. The intense power creates a small gravity well. SuperCell comes to the realization that Gohan's power is increases quicker than his own! The two break off. SuperCell is left to try to catch his breath but Gohan refuses to give him such an opportunity! As the two fighters trade blows, SuperCell tries to understand what is causing Gohan's power to continue to rise! (SuperCell) I don't understand it! He should not be able to continue this upsurge! Gohan launches a beam that SuperCell deflects but with some struggle. He, in turn, launches a multi-beam attack that forces Gohan to slow up and dodge. SuperCell continues to think to himself. (SuperCell) I must know! What is it that gives him such power! I must have this power for myself! (Goku) The power Gohan has, has nothing to do with race or DNA! It is a power you cannot obtain! (SuperCell) No! I will have it! (Goku) Gohan's power will not stop! He will keep going until you are destroyed! His power is that of a pure heart! The more he has to fight, the greater his power will become! You are DOOMED!!!! (SuperCell) –talking aloud- Well if I can't obtain this power, I must destroy it before it becomes great enough to destroy me! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA (SSj5 Gohan) This is it! IT IS TIME I MAKE MY OWN IDENTITY!!!! I'M TIRED OF HIDING IN OTHERS SHADOWS!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH MYSTICAL ENERGY ERRUPT!!!!!! (SuperCell) MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE (SSj5 Gohan) AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH (SuperCell) HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE (SSj5 Gohan) HHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAA (SuperCell) HHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAA HHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAA HHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAA (SSj5 Gohan) MYSTICAL BEAM FIRE!!!!!!!!! Two beams race across space! It is an eerie sight! The two fighters continue to dump power into their attacks! (SuperCell) HHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAA YOU CANNOT WIN!!!!!!! (SSj5 Gohan) I'LL WIN!!!! EVEN IF I HAVE TO FINISH US BOTH!!!!!! MYSTICAL BEAM EXPLODE!!!!!! (SuperCell) NO!!!!!!! A great explosion occurs! It is some time before people begin to wake. As they do, their attention turns to the sky. No more is there a display of light! There is only darkness. The explosion caused the gravity well to collapse. There is nothing left where the two fighters had battled. (Goku) Gohan! GOHAN!!!!!! Do you sense him King Kei? (King Kei) I………I'm sorry Goku! I sense nothing! (Goku) NO!!!! Vegeta! WAKE UP VEGETA!!!! (Vegeta) Kakkarot! Is it over? (Goku) Yes its over! (Vegeta) What happened! (Goku) Gohan self-destructed his beam! (Vegeta) –with a snicker- So he won? (Goku) I don't know! WE CAN'T SENSE HIM!!!!! (Vegeta) AH!!! (Goku) Try to find him Vegeta! (Vegeta) I'm trying! I can't sense either of them! THEY'RE GONE!!!! (SuperCell) Not………exactly! (Vegeta) IT'S SUPERCELL!!! HE'S HERE!!!! (Goku) WHAT? WHAT HAPPENED TO GOHAN??? SuperCell has appeared on earth! His body is completely slashed up and part of one arm and leg is missing but he is still alive, though barely! Krililen awakens! (Krililen) OH NO!!!!! (SuperCell) I………I am………per… Before SuperCell can finish, a beam from above strikes SuperCell and obliterates what little was left of him! A figure from above then falls to the ground! (Vegeta) IT'S GOHAN!!!!!! (Krililen) He looks pretty bad and we already used the senzu beans!!! Gohan forces his eyes open to see his friends standing over him. He manages a smile, but amongst their calls out to him, he passes out! Three months have now passed. It all seems like it was nothing more than a bad dream now. Gohan remained in a coma for an entire month after the battle. It was another month before Korin was able to attain a senzu bean to help Gohan fully recover but he could never again achieve the power he had previously had. Pan finally returned from her stay on New Namek. She has aged a lot now and has become a beautiful, but powerful woman. It wasn't as easy to fix the damage that had been dealt to everyone else, as it was to fix Gohan. The dragon's of Namek and Earth were able to restore their planets to normal and the lives of some people but so many people had died that not even the dragons could find the power to restore them all. The entire planet of Yardrats was lost. The greatest loss was Goku. He had been lost before but this time it was final. Without him, Vegeta seemed to lose a key component to his life. He was never the proud warrior of past. He settled his restless ways and finally became the kind and gentle person Goku knew he could be. Vegeta would only live another four years before he slipped away. One by one, they all slipped away with time and age until only Pan remained. She had heard rumors that Roshi was somehow still alive on another island somewhere but could never find him. She was left alone for a long time and felt like she had been left behind but Pan, however, was determined to build onto the legacy left behind by her friends and family. 85 lonely years would go by before this would be sought through. A big tournament is being held and Pan, old but determined, watches on as her grandson Goku Jr. and a descendant of Vegeta, Vegeta Jr., fight on in the finals. Her heart is bursting with joy to see the saiyan legacy carried on. Just as a tear rolls down her cheek, she catches a glimpse of someone in the front row. It looks like Goku. She rushes down to try and speak with him but he disappears before she reaches him. Outside the stadium, Goku is walking with a great and proud smile on his face. Pan, still franticly running after him, finds her way outside near where Goku is standing. She can barely see him because of the low hanging sun but she could never mistake him for anyone else. She is overjoyed to see him again. Just as he turns to face her, she looks at herself. She is no longer old! She looks back up at Goku in puzzlement to see that same familiar smile of his, then turns and looks back in the stadium. She is still sitting in the same seat she had started out in. She had never left her seat. But she looked so peaceful that no one had even noticed. (Goku) Come on Pan. Time to go home………… This is not the end. It is only the beginning! |
