Android 17


Android 17 From first appearance he seems to be a girl. No! he is a man and the twin brother of android 18 to be exact. He is all evil even when android 18 becomes somewhat good. He appears just before the cell saga (the android saga) first. He is later consumed by cell to become semiperfect cell. Android 17 somehow comes back in dragonball gt but I am not sure how. He fuses with another android 17 and becomes Super 17
