Merno is great. I love his character, he's soo funny and perverted. It took me a while to decide on the uniforms for the demon slayers but I evenutally came up with my own.The first Demon slayer uniform looked too much like one I saw in a Brom painting so I had to change it ALOT. Anyways, Merno's great and awesome and he's cute too ^ ^
Merno is the very goofy member of the group that is always joking around but when he's serious, you know. He cared very much for his late brother so he now channels all that into his nephew, Dean. He also has a thing for the ladies, even though he goes by the chival rules, he is often very perverted and gets in lots of trouble for this. Even though eventually, he grows quite fond of Amya which gets him in more trouble.
Merno was born to Utero and Mia Kiata into their noble manor. His mother died after he was born. Because of this, Utero hated his son but Merno looked just like his mother so he avoided the boy. Kie loved his younger brother so they were very close but Merno did envy is brother. He spend his life living in his shadow because Kie was to be the Dragon lord. He started to be trained to become a fighter with Danon Kir as Kie was taught red magic. A little while later, The Kiata family was erased from nobility because of Kie's marriage to a faerie. Merno hated Lema for this because she 'took away Kie's happiness'. A few years their son Dean was born, Merno's friend Dana Kir was arrested for letting a theif escape with a sacred egg. So, the day of the exacusion, Merno stole a powerful sword called the Blade of Eternity that can control demons and kill them with one cut. They both snuck into the arena and Kie ran down to the floor as Merno heading higher to gain control of the spawn demon. He managed to keep the demon from killing Danon but after Danon was out and let released the demon. He didn't relise Kie was still down there and the demon headed straight for kie, impaling him in the chest with it's horn. Merno ran down to try and help his brother but the demon turned on him and gouged him in his left eye, leaving him scarred and blind in that eye. After this, he never mentioned it again adn raised Dean with the help of his father, Utero.
