| I guess almost everybody has tasted this Louisianan sauce by McIlhenny Co., as it's the most commonly available hot sauce. It's a rather mild hot sauce, very thin textured. The taste is pleasant, though a touch too vinegary for my taste. It takes me a whole bottle to add enough heat to a dish, so it's somewhat cost-prohibitive for my use. 2,500-5,000 scovies. |
