Sevan Piri Piri
This classic Portuguese medium-hot Molho de Piri Piri is made with the African piri piri peppers, and resembles Tabasco Red Pepper Sauce a little, but has less vinegary taste. The texture is very thick, resembling ketchup. It has a nice piri piri taste, but is a little too salty to my taste. Good as a condiment for relatively saltless foods.
