| This is an Ecuadorean medium-hot, great-tasting fruit sauce by Especies Ex�ticas. It's made with "hot peppers", passion fruit, pineapple and lime. The texture is thin, and the sauce has seeds in it. For the life of me I cannot understand why they have a flow restrictor in a medium-hot sauce like this. The passion fruit taste is very noticeable, and it adds a nice accent to my favorite tex-mex tomato noodle soup. One of my favorites! |
